I work here, it is NOT a store but a warehouse where we ship internet orders out. Great place to work!!! You must go thru a temp agency to get hired in...as far as I know, you can't just walk in and apply.

I placed an order through Instagram Marketplace. The wrong address was entered without my knowledge and I immediately emailed their team on IG and direct email to let them know. They responded this morning to let me know that I had two options, cancel my order or change the address. I said to cancel my order. Then hours later they notify me that my item already shipped and there was nothing I could do. I checked the tracking on the package and it said it had not even been dropped off. I don’t understand why they are unwilling yo respond in a timely matter to try to resolve a customer’s immediate issue. Their distribution team apparently works faster than their customer service and their customer service is not in any hurry to try and help resolve issues for their customers. I will be exploring further actions.

I would love to give this company 5 stars because their products are amazing! However, when ordering from this company, the website says 5-7 business days to delivery, which is completely false! Their infant swaddles have been my #1 baby gift, but are now off my list. The last three times I've ordered them, it took close to a month for the items to be delivered. I will no longer do business with them. And as mentioned, the only way to contact them is through email. When I emailed them after weeks with no update on delivery, I received a lovely email stating they are behind on deliveries because they are so popular. Uh-huh. Well, that should be indicated on the "delivery" info instead of misrepresenting themselves. They also asked if there was anything they could do. Yeah, you can put a rush on my order since it hasn't even been shipped yet! They said sorry, it will be delivered when it gets delivered. So, not really concerned about their customers at all! Too bad as it is a fabulous product.

I never received my package and the only way you can reach them is through email and I emailed 4 times and they would not respond. The package was lost through FedEx. FedEx has been helpful in trying to locate it but it is lost. This was for my granddaughters birthday. So very disappointed in their customer service. If you are going to have a business, have a phone number instead of hiding behind an email!

The worst place to work at you can be there everyday working hard and they will still let you go Daniel the supervisor have no idea what he doing at all
