Very friendly staff, fast service, not a bad experience with any of the staff. I bought my iPhone 8 three years ago, hassle FREE! I visit this location to make payments only. On that note, I would suggest to get rid of the $3 fee for making a payment. 😉

Very helpful people. Samantha was very helpful. The other employees were very entertaining too. I really like that Troy guy. And that Sarah girl and Crystal girl are really funny. The manager was really helpful too. All in all a great experience.

Salma was awesome and very helpful... She didnt try to upsell me, allowing me to make the right purchasing decisions for myself. She helpes me back up my systems so they would never get lost even if my phone was lost or broken. On top of that, she was really cool, laid back and not pushy.

Trey was a great help when I changed phones. Trey went above and beyond switching my information to my new phone. Ivan showed me some new programs I did not anything about. I will go back when I need help or when I buy a new phine. Thanks again Trey and Ivan!!!!

Oh wowza! Let me tell you some about these employeez at cricket wireless in Denton on University. Go in with a broken phone. Give it to this Yung handsome af phone wiz. In seconds he fixes with his cricket insect powers. They my family now.
Side note: most beautiful lady cricket employee was there just lookin hella cute and stuff. If you ever see this miss lady txt me, you got my number ya kno.
