CVS

The pharmacists at this CVS are nice and helpful but seriously swamped 24/7. Landfills of prescriptions pile up at this location so it could definitely take them forever to catch up. They do their best with what they're given, but ouch. Gotta feel bad for them.

It cost $0 to be kind. I’ve been using this location for my prescription needs for two years. I ran into an issue with medication cost. I’m a very detailed oriented person, therefore I had a lot of questions to try to determine what caused this. One employee got a bit frustrated with me. It was time for them to get off and I’m sure they had a very long day, therefore I understood. Jafari filled in the gap! Not only did he assist me with concern and care, he also stayed on the phone while I contacted my insurance provider to see how he could assist. This type of service can’t be taught, therefore it’s genuine! Thank you Jafari for showing so much care when I needed it most! For this, I’ll drive a few extra miles to see you!

The pharmacy is slow but they always have my prescriptions and are extremely communicative. They are “slow” (maybe 5 -10 minutes waiting at window max) but they are also managing indoor pharmacy customers as well as drive through customers and I really appreciate the staff. I have always had a great experience and I LOVE that it’s open 24/7 so I can get meds when it’s convenient for me! 10/10 Thank you so much pharmacy staff!!!! Tbh the ONLY good cvs pharmacy I’ve been to lol!

Pharmacy staff is phenomenal!!! During busy periods, they handle multiple tasks professionally and in a friendly way, answering questions and explaining the process. They also thank us when we should thank them! Keep up the great work, they are much appreciated!

I made my appointment at 1:30am for 2am. Very good experience with covid booster and flu vaccination. They are fast and organized 24h. I love thier service.

Our pharmacy experience here has been amazing. The staff are all so kind and very caring and just on it! I really appreciate them for getting a prescription transferred from Walgreens all evening and kept trying till this morning. And though I'm sure they are very busy they keep it professional and friendly the vibe is just so friendly, unlike across the street! Thank yall for helping us out!

Cindy checked me out today at 930am she is always such a joy! Very hospitable and knows her job!

Store is well organized, has ‘my usual’ items, good savings in addition to my CVS bucks

Dipesh the pharmacy manager was great. The Princeton pharmacy messed up my nieces antibiotics and he helped me get it straight with no problem and no extra effort on my part. I really with other CVS pharmacies has managers like him. I am extremely grateful for his thoughtfulness and excellent customer sevice.

As everybody in the world knows it isn't always easy to get an RX filled. Many things come into play that have an effect on wait times. Things from inventory on/not on hand, insurance rejections, patients that are ill at the moment that may be ahead of you. I, just like many others, have experienced all of the hold ups mentioned above. This does not take place at just any one specific pharmacy b/c it's normal things that take place outside the hands of the staff working so diligently to fill our orders. On 7/21/19 (sorry, I don't recall the name) a female pharmacist at this location went beyond what is expected of her and resolved an issue I had encountered when transferring a script from a competitor. A med thought to not be in stock the day before, and difficult to locate elsewhere, was in fact available after discovering in wrong location. Again, things just happen, easy human error. But this pharmacist wanted to help as much as possible and before I could call them to verify whether filled, she had called me to attempt to resolve. Luckily, she found it on neighboring shelf. This med was VERY important to not miss following brain surgery done on a friend. I am so thankful for this wonderful pharmacist that I am aware was not required to go the extra mile but did so anyway. Thanx SO very much!! A++

I don’t understand why people are complaining about this location! They are constantly busy and could be the reason they don’t get to the phone. If your waiting in line they help those customers first. Be understanding people!

I want to shout out to Asha and Beenish for their EXTRA efforts. The pharmacy had multiple people call in to not work. Beenish came in on her day off and found another pharmacist to help. Asha was to be off work hours before and she was still working to help all the customers!

They had 3 people who came in to work and at 8:00 at night they are STILL working. These employees did not have to go out of their way to help all the people needing their medicine.

I am a single parent and Beenish found me a much lower price than Good Rx so I could get my daughter’s medicine.

So before you slam this location maybe you should actually go to the store instead of calling so you understand their situation!

They did excellent for what they had to deal with. I waited 30 minutes in line for the medicine because they were so busy in the drive thru and inside.

I have never had a problem here, they always have my prescriptions ready after 2 hours of dropping or faxing them in. Tonight i received exceptional service, Meg-Pharmacist and Vanessa-tech went beyond!! Insurance would not cover the meds and they found a coupon to help with the cost.. thank you very much for the help.. :)

This place is run down and in desperate need of a remodel. As much money as this place brings in it shouldn’t be a problem. With that said the pharmacy department is always understaffed and under appreciated. They do they’re best to try to get scripts out on time even during Covid. They have so many scripts filled here that the bins are over following. The Walgreens across the street doesn’t even see anything close to the number cvs sees. Must be nice for the people working at corporate reaping all the benefits for all the locals cvs store members hard. Let’s rebuild this store and give these employees the support they need.

Staff is always helpful and polite. During the daytime this is a very busy location! I try to go by the pharmacy when the store is not packed with other people, this is how I avoid the long lines and waits. If I have to go when it's busy, it's just a matter of being patient; they do stay well staffed when they are busy! Great crew and store.

Everyone in the pharmacy is always super polite and helpful no matter if I'm calling, in the drive-thru, or picking up inside. I struggle with verbal communication and have to ask a lot of questions and everyone is always so patient!

Samuel in pharmacy, thank you for not rushing me and taking the time to listen to my questions. You are by far the most respectful human being, that I’ve encountered at this specific CVS. May God bless you very much in life.

I have frequented this CVS since 2005 and I have had 100% luck for controlled substances). If no one has it, this CVS does. I have NEVER had to wait on a script. I fill online and have no issues, even at 3 AM. 💯👏

I received defective syringes and exchanged them without any problem. I was expecting to have to pay for new ones and appreciate the pharmacists' patience, understanding and prompt service.

Very nice staff, with all the virus stuff going on did well at getting my prescription filled In short amount of time, considering I'm not from the area.
