My grandson was wanting a macbook and the worker at Experimax hooked us up! Definitely would recommend and 100% coming back!

As Executor of my friend's Estate, I needed to sell my friend's Apple I-pad Pro. Ali examined it, announced he needed to change the battery, and STILL offered me a great price!
Then, the remarkable happened! I needed to purchase a new (Windows) laptop for myself and wanted to shop local. After examining my current laptop and really listening to me, Ali determined that a Mac wasn't the best option for me (I'm an aged android girl who is allergic to change), did some research and suggested that I purchase a particular laptop online that he thought better suited my needs than what he had for sale at the store!! I've now purchased that laptop and I am going to pay Ali to set it up for me when it arrives, because I trust him implicitly. What a huge relief for me and what a huge testament to his great customer service! HIGHLY recommend!

Great place to do business I have been using experimac for many years to fix my MacBooks. As a DJ my computers take a beating from constantly traveling to being dropped. All has recently repaired my screen and my battery on one of my MacBooks and it works perfect and the other I deleted the operating system on trying to reset it to factory settings and he was able to repair that as well. I will continue to use Ali for any issues I have with my Mac. It’s also a great place to purchased uses Mac gear at if your on a budget and don’t want to spend thousands on new gear as you know it has been gone through and refurbished by an experienced and reputable individual. Check them out! I did and was beyond happy with my experience!

Got fan replaced on my Lenovo, was kinda pricey but definitely worth it for a laptop that will last. Can was still really noisy and a few screws fell out of my laptop afterwards, but they fixed both those issues for free.

TL;DR: I did the research for you (a lot of time spent researching businesses). This is honestly a very trust worthy business for buying, selling and repairs. Hussein especially is the man!

This is the place to go for any macbook/phone repairs or trades. I've sold macbooks here before and recieved a very fair pricing when I didn't want to deal with the market.

I recently bought a used macbook off of facebook marketplace with a very dead battery and they got my battery replaced very fast and were very transparent with timelines, procedure, and feasibility of doing it myself (i'm a techy, but my model is tricky for a battery replacement). They also beat the prices of every other location in the area offering the same service. This was impressive after learning they put a very quality battery in my macbook.

After looking at their used macbook inventory, I really just wish I bought my macbook here (don't worry guys, I exchange models often, i'll be back). They have great newer preowned models at very competive prices, that also come with the peace of mind that there will be no issues.

Hussein was especially great to work with. He's very kind, knowledgable and trust worthy with transparent communication. I'm not sure if he is the owner, manager or general employee but this guy is very customer relationship oriented. He locked me in as a returning customer. I can't say enough about his professionalism.

I will be buying here, selling here, and getting all my repairs done here in the future. No more "bargain" hunting on facebook for me. It's too risky. My ONLY complaint about this place is there isn't one right next to my house. This is the spot.

Excellent customer service! Went in today thinking I had a connection issue with my USB ports on my Mac. Hussien (apologizes if misspelled) immediately started trouble shooting, come to find out not even 2 minutes late it was the cord I was using. He even offered his cord for me to have since mine was junk. Customer service truly unmatched!!

The iPad I purchased from them was just fine but I found I wasn’t using it so they bought it back without question. Quick and easy. Always a nice place to go for quality work and service.

I had a MacBook Pro battery replaced by Experimax. The process was super simple. I provided them with the laptop serial number over the phone. They were able to order the part and gave me a very reasonable quote. Once the battery arrived, they contacted me to set up a service appointment. I dropped off the laptop in the afternoon and it was ready by the end of the day! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for Apple product support/repair and plan on using them for my future needs.

I use Experimax for my business computers. The service was great. The computers were clean and free of exterior damage. I had one computer fail and they promptly replaced it. Highly recommend.

I needed a laptop for a variety of reasons. I knew I couldn’t afford one brand new and saw Experimax’s ad for one they were selling via Craigslist. It was a phenomenal deal. I wasn’t able to make it work with their financing program, but knew I would be able to afford it in about a month. Russ continued to check in with me and put the laptop on hold for me for as long as company policy allowed. I finally was able to buy it. I headed in and the laptop was exactly as the ad said. Came with 1 year warranty. Better than excellent, “Like New” condition. Russ even brought it to my car for me! Super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Would recommend to everyone!

I’ve had the laptop for a few days, but so far so good and the warranty definitely gives me peace of mind!

My spouse and I got hacked. I went to Apple twice and called them ten times no help! I called Experimax and explained what was wrong with my computer. He told me come in and he fixed it. They are professional, honest and respectful. I will do business with them anytime!
