Needler's Fresh Market

Today was my first time shopping at Needler's, and WOW!! I really enjoyed my shopping experience with them! :) What a great store!, with great staff! , everyone was happy!, and so helpful! Thank you all at this store! I will be coming back to do my shopping with you again and again! Also your store had best of the best and the store was so very clean and well stocked! Great staff … extremely friendly and helpful.
Only complaint … turn the A/C up a degree or two warmer!!!! It doesn’t need to be 65 degrees in the store. Very uncomfortable. Plus you would save a few hundred $$$ a month. A win-win: customers would be happier AND you would save money.

Wonderful local grocery store with a welcoming atmosphere and my favorite seafood and chicken salads in the deli by chef Maggie. :)

Saw Needler's on Indy Now and decided to take the adventure. Warmly greeted upon entry by a manager; clear appreciation for a patron entering the store.

Fabulous customer service in the deli area, fresh meat looked amazing but I wasn't in need today. Fresh to go salads are delicious! Store prices are definitely expensive but the quality is there and worth it to me.

Cleanest, best organized grocery store I have ever been to. Donuts and coffee are fantastic. Bakery is amazing as well. Candy table is well stocked especially for holidays. And it’s good gift giving candy. . Small town grocery with a lot to
Offer. Worth the trip. Prices are comparable. Honestly the experience is worth the visit. First class

So grateful they moved into our town.
Love the bakery cookies, and donughts, and popcorn (for $1 in a huge bag!). They had good coffee if you are looking for that.

There's a focus on local items, and they seem to have the basics well covered.

We are so happy to be able to quickly grab a yummy whole baked chicken or decent sushi for an easy dinner. They have a compact, yet great kombusha selection!

Prices are higher, but there are good deals to be found.

Produce is above average, and they have a nice little floral section with nicer cards and basic party supplies right when you walk in.

This is really a great neighborhood grocery store. It's really nice and upscale on the inside, and has everything that you probably need on any given day. Prices are in line with other stores in my opinion, except perhaps for ALDI. Customer service is very high - the other night, I complained to the store manager that they were out of the bacon that they had on their coupon. He apologized and let me know that he would honor the coupon when they had more of the bacon in stock. I went ahead and did the rest of my shopping, and about ten minutes later he tracks me down with a box in his hand. It was the bacon that I was looking for. I don't know of another grocery store that would have the store manager track down a customer to bring them an item that had been thought to be out of stock. That is GOOD customer service! My only quibble, and it's a minor one, are with the teens working the registers. They are universally friendly, but Needler's needs to spend more time training them on how to bag things. They put heavy stuff on top of lighter stuff, etc. Otherwise this store is fantastic.

Reminds me of the old Marsh. Fresh deli items. helpful staff. Great selection of fresh meats and veggies. clean store. Excellent fried and baked chicken. I drive 35 minutes out of my way to shop here on occasion.

This store has a child abuser employed, public record says Domestic Battery w/Bodily Injury Person Under 14. I don't know about the rest of you but a grocery store is not an appropriate place for them to be working. Multiple moms & I have called the store and brought it to their attention yet nothing seems to be done about it. I guess they don't care about child abusers however, the rest of us do. It is supposed to be a family friendly environment, & their mission statement does not align with the values they have currently been upholding. It's disappointing as a mother, & as a citizen of this community to know they are condoning such behaviors.

So far so good! We love having a neighborhood market near by; anything to save us a trip to Kroger’s! I will say there are a few kinks to work out. (the deli in particular) needs to find a better option for ordering and being more efficient with taking and giving out orders. But, I’m sure with time it will get sorted out! All the check out folks have been very friendly. Also, the folks stocking shelves know exactly where everything is, and can direct you quickly! We are very excited that Needlers is finally open!

Such a great place to shop. Terrific fresh food and meat that is wonderful. Always enjoy shopping there for great things from the deli also.

Great Grocery Market with fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, prepared foods ready to serve when you get home. Nice personalized local Market where it is a pleasure to shop. The experience is unique and enjoyable. The branding of this store has held true in the experience. Excellent Grocery Market with just about everything.

Nice market. Some prices are higher than Kroger but a good selection and easy to pop in and out. Staff was very friendly.

FANTASTIC! I'm so happy to have a small, quality grocery in our neighborhood again. The produce section is full and fresh, the meat dept is wonderful, the aisles are stocked and spaced apart enough the shop easily. We will be frequenting our new, family owned, neighborhood grocery quite often!
