Bo at the pharmacy was so helpful and nice. I’m sure he gets yelled at all the time because nobody likes to wait especially when they’re sick, but he was super pleasant even at the end of the day way to provide exceptional service. 🎉

Donna the pharmacist on duty was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her help to coordinate between the doctor and our insurance to get much needed prescription for our son when time was of the essence! She was a total lifesaver when we were struggling to get help from the doctors office! Cannot begin to explain how valuable her help was. She is a wonderful human being and is greatly appreciated!

I have to come here every month for my medications and the staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

I’ve never had a negative experience, quite the opposite, they’ve helped me a lot with complications on my medications.

Today was attended by Anne and she’s really nice, friendly and kind, greeted everyone with a big smile and I felt good just by seeing how she was treating the person in front of me, a great employee

I’m surprised at the low rating. This has been my go to pharmacy for about 6 years. The staff has always been friendly. They do tend to be busy but they will always open up a register. Never had an issue with self checkout. Plus, 24 hours?! C’mon. What more can you ask for, really?

TL; DR: Always good service, always treated like a valuable customer at pharmacy and store. Shopped here for 15 years. Use the app to get your prescriptions at drive thru so much faster.

Pharmacy: I have always treated these folks as my friends and have received the same in return. I have numerous prescriptions (10+). I have only once had a medication error. I may have an error with a coupon once every 4-6 months. Many of the pharmacy techs know my name (first and last) and only ask for my birthdate now. I know a lot of them by name and/or voice on the phone. I've never had anyone be rude to me. Have I had them speak briskly to me because they were busy? Yes, but never actual rudeness. The reason they are 24 hours is because there is enough business (more than enough) to keep them busy. Help them out a little and be prepared.

Store: The longtime manager, Scott, is extremely meticulous and exacting about how the store looks and functions. Always willing to talk or listen. He once personally took me around to new sections after a major store redesign. It is never cluttered, messy or dirty. Items are in stock. They have good quality items. The store staff is friendly and attentive. In my opinion, though it is not as big or new as some other nearby CVS stores, it is actually the best of any I've ever patronized. I hate going anywhere else.

Personally we have always had great experiences with the pharmacy folks. They talk to us and despite how many people they see, sometimes remember previous conversations. They've never gotten an order wrong and have gone out of their way to take care of us.

I have never had a problem with any of the staff members. Typically, I pick up my prescriptions at midnight, after I get off my second job. I have been in during the evening rush hours and have not had a problem either. Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency for others.

I typically limit my reviews to restaurants and the like, but the service at this drugstore is incredible. Every single person goes out of their way to be helpful, and they’re always super patient with all of the masking and inventory shortage issues. Stop by and see them if you’re in the area; you’ll end up impressed!

I had to go in at 5:15am because I was in desperate need of a brace. I had little expectation of the staff given the time. I was greeted at the door, a manager fitted me with a brace, and the cashier was extremely helpful and engaging. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.

Let me tell you how wonderful Josh was. He made sure that I received the discount even though the price was not correct and took time to look for my prescriptions when the pharmacy staff was very busy!! Thank you Josh!! You’ve made CVS team members proud.

Conveniently located on Rangeline Road and 116th street in Carmel, IN. Plenty of parking space, spacious, and clean with a Minute Clinic on site. Came for a booster shot which was administered with zero pain (during and post shot). The lady is a professional.

Other than that - you can find anything that you would expect at a regular CVS. Store.

The nightstaff guy was extremely busy and was still incredibly polite. He helped my baby get his medicine after being discharged from Riley. And was empathetic to our situation. Very nice guy.

Quick and polite assistance for drive-thru order. Open 24 hours which makes it nice when you need a prescription.

They have been nothing but helpful, kind and understanding. I am so Grateful for the wonderful staff here. 🙏

I LOVE this CVS! The manager, Scott (if I'm remembering correctly), is always incredibly polite, helpful, and professional.

The pharmacist on call provided a consultation that was above and beyond the call of duty. I will be sure to return for my future pharmacy needs.
