AT&T Store

Gavin and Cami were extremely helpful to my mom and I today in getting new plans set up. We had a few corporate obstacles that they were able to overcome. Had we not had their help we would have been without service for another week. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable.

Joey was patient, professional, and courteous. He slipped me in while he was waiting for another customer’s phone to sync. All I needed was replacement for my screen protector (recommend you purchase one from ATT because it comes with a lifetime replacement). There was a hiccup in the system, so it wasn’t processing properly. Joey persevered to ensure that I was able to get my replacement. He called his manager and worked until he was able to replace my protector regardless of what the system issue was. I so appreciated him taking the time to do this for me. He then cleaned my phone, added the protector, and voila! I was outta there in under 30 minutes (even while the store was busy with customers). Thank you, Joey! I appreciate your customer service. ATT, give Joey a raise! 😊

Jonah was amazing! He was extremely helpful, he was sure to listen to everything my husband and I asked. He is very helpful and customer oriented, and makes sure we left knowing that he will continue to be available if we need anything. He is a true asset!!!!

Joey helped us get a newer phone and switch our internet. He was most pleasant and helpful. He made this cumbersome process a breeze.

I came in needing a few things accomplished. The store staff was very patient as we work through everything that I need to take care of which included switching to FirstNet and upgrading my phone. I appreciate their time and patience. I could tell they were knowledgeable on every task they needed to complete. If there something they did not know they did not hesitate to call another coworker. Good teamwork.

Christopher was amazing. Not only is he a funny, customer-centric employee but he is dang good what he does. He made the process so easy and simple as well as outlined the cost of absolutely everything so there was no confusion. We originally came in just to add a line to my existing account but ended up walking out with a new phone and two Apple Watches! Christopher made it happen by telling us about employer discounts, trade-in discounts, and more and we got an amazing deal! Thank you to him and we will be back soon!

Had my best experience ever in getting an iPhone with Christopher Sherwin as my sales person at AT&T Merchants Square Carmel. Was very kind and showed me ways to save money. Was very impressed with his knowledge and how I was treated. More sales people need to be like this guy. Again, best treatment ever from a sales person. Thank you Chris!

Preston was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable - he was able to answer my questions and resolve my issue when I was unable to over the phone with customer support. My only complaint would be that there were several customers waiting and there should have been someone else available to help on the floor.

Overall, one of the best in-store experiences I've had!!!

I am SO PLEASED with the outcome of my trip to the AT&T store on 116th Street in Carmel. Jonah Green took care of my problems in a very professional and courteous manner. He was FANTASTIC!

AT&T needs to give Alex at this store a raise! She was incredible to work with. She helped us set up a business account and transferred 8 of our personal lines over to the new account. She was extremely professional and made the transition as smooth as possible.

The staff here is fantastic. The store is very clean and everyone is very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly as well. Our sales rep, Cory, was excellent! She was very efficient and very friendly, she did an excellent job. I would recommend seeing her if you are in the market to get a new phone.

I had a great pleasure of visiting the store yesterday. The person in charge there, Parker was just amazing! He found the right deals for us and was extremely swift in processing the orders! It was a great experience!!!

My Salesman, Chris, was just a delight! So knowledgeable and personable! Made me comfortable with my new phone purchase & helped with setup, in ways that were not required! Excellent experience!!
