One of the best retail stores around. I've been working with Thomas and Evan for some time now. Anytime you have a question, need a new line, an upgrade, new Bluetooth for Grandpa, you name they can help with that. Highly recommend this store.

I have had several positive experiences with Todd and Thomas working to get phone lines switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. They’ve always been so helpful, knowledgeable and patient not only with me but every other customer that I’ve seen in the store. By far the best phone support I have ever had!!

Came in here close to close after having a frustrating experience with the T-Mobile phone support. The staff here helped me get my new account working and were very very helpful. It was a better experience than I have had from AT&T stores in this area.

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker last night for around $200 or more. Got it home and played it and it wasn't very loud. Went to take the speaker back and Alex, the customer service representative, explain to me to play my music through Spotify, Pandora or Amazon. He played the music through those apps and it sounded like a concert coming from the speaker. Alex is awesome and definitely knows his job. Thank you.

Kristen has been a great help since I met her at Indy Pride with my best friend. She helped me get the speaker that day. Then a week later called and checked up on me and how I was enjoying my speaker. I told her I loved it and got in trouble with it at work. She told me if there was anything else I needed to let her know. A few days later I made the trip to her store and got me a smart watch. Kristen was knowlegable and responsive to any questions I had. She worked to make her and sales and it showed. Thank you Kristen for the good job

Went on Saturday and was impressed by the experience and knowledge of the assistant manager, Kail, and the manager, Todd. If you need help adding a phone line or upgrading you phone, you will be in good hands at this location.

Love the store here. Friendly people, and the manager Todd is awesome. Clean store and the reps really do try to get you the best deals that T-Mobile offers.

Gabriel was really helpful. He was ready to answer all my questions in regards to unlocking my iPhone. Even when we find out that the issue was from apple and not t-mobile; he still render help with contacting apple costumer service. Thanks a lot...
