We are an amazing store. I have been here 4 months and became the store manager over 2 months ago! I have really turned the store around in the way it looks and operates with a great new staff! We are open 10 to 7 Mon-Sat and 12 to 6 on Sundays!!

Got with the awesome lady shown in the PHOTO!!! She happened to do a mighty fine job with all the clientele that came aboard, as she happened to be the only one here at the time!! Very upbeat Spirit, and kind to bring awareness to many customers at once!!! Appreciate THIS!!

This has been my spot for years and I always know I will get A1 service. The new manager Josh is absolutely amazing and fully accommodated me and my son's needs. He even went above & beyond to accurately install our screen protectors and explain our new device thoroughly. Please keep this guy around lol!!! I live out of state and while visiting Indianapolis I ran into some issues with my service so I stopped into this store to see if they could help. I just have to rave about a young woman, Danie, she was so helpful, informative, and very patient! She actually answered all my questions, and was so kind; absolutely outstanding customer service with a great attitude, rare these days!

I am completely mindless when it come to cell phones and such. I just happened to walk into Cricket and and was greeted by one of your customer service ladies. She told me her name was April and when I left I had a new phone, case and new service as well. It is so hard in this day and age to find good customer service and she was definitely top of the line.... I will definitely do business there again....She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Thanks again April.

Danie, and April are perhaps the friendliest, and most helpful reps I have talked to today, Customer Service was wanting to send a trouble ticket and had to reach out to their supervisor, and still misdirected me where as these two wonderful women, as i was talking to customer service, was able to reach out directly to someone and answer all my questions. Going forward, i will not be calling customer service, and instead I'll be coming to this location due to their knowledge and service.

I walk into Cricket right, and immediately this beautiful black woman named Danie approaches me asking how she can help me today. I tell her I'm looking for a new phone service because the one I had prior was awful. She explains to me all of the deal's and prices and everything down to a T and the next thing you know, I buying a phone with Direct TV from Cricket. Great customer service!

The gentleman working today was very patient in trying to help my husband and I transfer our family phones to Cricket. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this location if you need any help or want to change to Cricket. Thank you!

These guys were great super helpful super fast and helped me solve a strange issue with an overheating phone greatly appreciated. One was Bake and I didn't catch the other gentleman's name but they were really busting their humps to help all the customers as it was busy.

Love the prices and the the service was amazing. More interested in helping us get the best deal for family plan then they were in getting the most money out of us. Have had Crickets for almost a year now. Was a 7 year customer of boost mobile and I'm happier with Cricket

Awesome service! Taysha and Diego helped us get a new phone and gave us all tips to take care of it. Very patient and awesome!

I think Cricket has some of the best prices for their great coverage. People are also always very nice, and that's not always the case in mobile retail.

The best prepaid service in my opinion, I don’t go prepaid anymore but if I did I’d be right back at Cricket, this was my favorite location to go to, they always went out of their way to make customers happy.
