Brittney Abshier has always went above and beyond when it comes to our shipping needs to just having to get paperwork faxed. Highly recommend this location.

They’re very fast at shipping and they’re super nice people. Some places depending who’s working. I believe ups is great delivery service 🥰❤💯they get busy, they keep it cool 😎

The people who work here provide exceptional service, and go above and beyond! I'm in there frequently to return stuff to Amazon and they're always quick, helpful and professional. They let me know when my return wasn't packaged in an Amazon approved way, so that I didn't get charged for it. And when my husband returned our equipment to Comcast, they were knowledgeable enough to know that Comcast was going to have us return it to the wrong location. Several people had previously had issues with this, so the lady who helped him got it going to the right location. Not only did we get credit for the return, but we also got a refund.

Had a package to return but couldn't get the label to print. The clerk walked me through the steps to print from my phone (small fee) and the package was on its way. I'd made a big deal out of something so easy. Great customer service!

The staff is so helpful with all your needs. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed there. Especially if you have to download files or shipping labels and can't figure it out it's no problem for them. They also have containers right inside their doors where you can drop off your old used batteries for recycling. Just not your car batteries!

Love this store, great people & good Manager. The Post office located at Fortune Circle (46241) near the airport could learn something from this store and it's employees. Its worth the slightly higher fees for receiving better & more reliable service. And from people with good attitudes and friendlier dispositions. I've seen the Manager Trent in a noticeably bad mood but he was still courteous. I'm an African American male and I can't begin to tell you how rude I've been treated at other places, namely USPS by the airport. I've always been treated well here. I use this location to notarize documents and ship packages. Great service, never had an issue.

Had some trouble emailing something to be cop and Zach went above and beyond to make sure my copies I needed were made. Make sure to keep him happy, he deserves it. He turned what could have been a rough experience and made it good.

We needed a notary, much to our dismay there are not a lot of places that will do this anymore unless you have an account with them. I walked in and was seen promptly we not only got the paper notarized, but also was able to ship it and the other materials to the other business in with no hassle. Hassle free is what I wanted and what i revived.

This store was very clean when I went in. The employees were very friendly and efficient. The place even smelled great!!

The store manager Trent was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an important business proposal that required many documents and careful attention. Thank you for the excellent service!
