They help me at one of my lowest points where my battery died, and did not have a phone for three days. They told me I was able to get my phone probably within 45 minutes. Had a reasonable price and customer service was from start to finish A1!!! very thankful for their service and have referred some family members if they need any wireless support

My Guy Kato at Shadeland Wireless just hooked me up with a new screen on my IPhone 12. Service was fast, very friendly and the best price in Indy. He used a premium glass replacement screen. Also put a new glass protective cover on it. I'm not going anywhere else. It's right beside intl restaurant equipment store. Kato is my new guy for all my cellular service needs. Thanks Kato! They can fix just about any phone or tablet. They also have a good selection of used and just released phones as well, at reasonable prices. Good, friendly service on top of that. Will definitely shop here again!

So very helpful and definitely knows how to fix phones! Took them my son’s iPhone that looked like it had been ran over by a car tire and when was done next day it looked like it was straight out the box brand new! I send my mother to them and will send others! And they carry other electronics. And the service is so great! Overall very professional and trustworthy 👍🏼
