Indy Fresh Market

The store is very clean. Their customer service is wonderful. Prices are normal with some great sales. It's new and it gets a lot of business. The lines are not as long as other stores because they open all of the cash registers. One of the owners ( see video) even pitched in to decrease the line. Great deals on produce.

Convenient location. Accessible parking. Healthy foods at great prices. There is plenty of fresh produce. Friendly staff. Onsite ice and propane fill ups. There is also a curbside pick-up kiosk. This grocery store is a great addition to the neighborhood.

This place is awesome, the staff has been very friendly. I've gone so much that some of them know me, the owner came and talked with me and gave me a hug. I have nothing but good things to save, I've been going to the deli. The food is amazing, they allow you sample before you buy it. I'm in love with this place. Thank you so much for opening in the neighborhood ❤

Amazing! I walked in to just look around and maybe buy a bag of chips….. the first thing I saw was the produce department, which looked so fresh and clean that I had to turn around and grab a cart! I did a little bit of shopping, and I bought some cosmic crisp apples, which were probably the freshest and tastiest apples I’ve ever had! I also noticed a buy one get one free deal on Simply Orange orange juice!! I thought the deal was too good to be true, but it wasn’t and I walked out of there with two handles of simply orange orange juice for seven bucks! Also, they had great customer service and overall very helpful. Definitely going back. Great job guys.

I ❤ feeling special when I visit!

I was very hesitant about going at first but I was so pleased that I went for the first time two days ago. The store was so clean, very orderly, well stocked. I basically came for the seasoned Chicken Wings that my son had purchased a few days before, but I didn't see any. The wonderful meat manager came out and lovingly went in the back and prepared some packets for me, I was very thankful. After checking out I was surprised that the gentleman that baged my groceries also pushed them out and loaded them in my car. The workers were very helpful and friendly! After having a food desert on the East side for so long I'm grateful and I just hope the whole community will appreciate what we have and keep it up and support. Thank you very much!🥰💕🙏🏽

Great fresh produce, clean store, nice selection.
I came back to add: great service! I went there yesterday looking for turkey legs, but it looked like they were sold out. I asked my cashier about it before I checked out, and she went and found the butcher and he went and packaged up 3 of them for me right away. It was the third store I'd been to, so it really made my day.

Great store with wonderful produce and prices. Staff is amazing with knowledge and super friendly and helpful. I will go back. Only thing missing is fresh seafood.

Omg!!!! Folks, let me start off that it’s in a food desert so very much needed!!! I have an addiction to food and this place right here is my go to spot at least 3 times a week for lunch! They not only have great hot food that is priced so cheap, but they also welcome you with warm friendly smiles! The lady that works in the deli is very good at what she does! Thanks for the great food

Very nice store. It only been open about a month. First black owned supermarket in Indianapolis. Employees are helpful and it’s not your great big retail chain store it’s not overwhelming but has everything you need.

I know it's still opening, and that is difficult, but we should still be open to feedback.

The store was out of handsoap in the Men's room today. A gentleman said that they were waiting on Cintas to come. You are a grocery store with no soap. You have options, and you did nothing.

Your prices are more comparable to whole foods than to a Walmart. We all know this is a food desert, but the pricing feels predatory. I know smaller companies have worse margins, but many prices here are 50% higher than other retailers.
On the other hand, sale prices here are incredibly good. We'll see if this continues past grand opening.

Why do your employees need their last name on a name badge? People can become victims of stalking and harassment because of that. There is no need.

There are other issues that can be chalked up to a grand opening (items not ringing up, out of stocks on produced items, not having simple items like the sticks to put between different customers purchases at the register)

I want this store to succeed so badly. This area needs a good, neighborhood grocer.

Clean great staff nice variety of products and fresh produce. Black owned and the customers are always treated with the utmost respect and kindness

The place is very nice and clean and that’s the reason why I gave it five stars because the staff is very friendly
. BUT I got some fried chicken from the deli and I’m so sorry but it was awful very salty was not clean properly. Still has that nasty fat in it if you know what I mean, I ended up having to throw it all away cost me eight dollars but oh well. I know this is trial and error. And this is not gonna stop me from shopping there. I just won’t get no more chicken at the deli.

So far the customer service has been excellent for the first time since I was a kid I overheard a worker ask a lady that had just paid for her groceries...ma'am do you need any assistance with your groceries getting them to your car? This is over the top customer service keep it up you have my support

I’m sooo proud to have Indy Fresh Market around the corner from me a hop skip and jump in and out the employees they are respectable and professional the inside is very clean and you can even teach the little ones how to shop they have their own mini grocery cart how cute,I love the isles were named after the streets and I’m very impressed by the 7am opening because sometimes I have to grab my lunch early in mornings if need be. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

This was my first visit, will not be my last. Great location, a variety of products, good selection of produce, some items are a bit pricey, staff was very polite and helpful, an over-all great shopping experience.
