Came here the other day for some gas and smokes I was dealing with a family emergency and on the phone with my family member. I told the gentleman exactly what I needed at which point he said "can you get off the phone" very rudly and then said "I dont mean to be rude but I'm trying to tell you, you can save some money". There was another gentleman working who was younger than the old man wearing a hat, I was completley disgusted with how i was treated, I've seen him a few other times at night smoking outside and needing to wait to have him come into ring me out (I understand he's there alone but I'm usually trying to get home not wait for someone to be done with there smoke break) he usually seems very grumpy although I have had a few decent transactions with him, but very seldom. What he did to me last night was completely uncalled for completley rude and was the breaking point for me. I don't like posting reviews especially bad ones but wow was I shocked at how I was treated. They need to give him a lesson in customer service. He could have just asked me to put my phone number in as he has done before, I usually get off the phone but i was dealing with an emergency. Which I'm sure they all could hear as I was talking about it in the store and at the register.

I'm disgusted with this place, I come in here everyday to buy my scratch off tickets and I spend ALOT of money, the old Indian man literally buys tickets in between me, yet he wins everytime I buy 3 tickets and then he buys 3 then I buy 3 more, but for some reason I never win when he's there, it's like he knows the algorithm. I'm disgusted, aren't these people not supposed to be scratching during there shifts? 🙄 I use to work at a general store and we would have been fired for that, I always see the other guy dealing with all of the customers while this guy is just scratching instead of helping the customers other then taking what we should be winning. When I pull up I will leave if I see him in there. I'm ready to go back up the street. The manager should do something about this. But I'm sure there brothers or something. I'm so disgusted and irritated. Seriously I hate caseys there dirty and gross but I will be taking my bussiness over there from now on. Atleast I'll see some winners unlike this place where the guy behind the counter is the only one allowed to play or win.
