Target

The parking is wide that is why I did not have a hard time parking my car. Just like a typical Target location this location is big, wide, clean and spacious. Since I went here almost a day before Christmas there was quite a lot of people inside but no worries because the store is super big that I did not able to have a contact with anyone. The selection of groceries is well stocked and well organized. I did not plan to have my groceries in here but I think that it would be better to save time and also because the prices of the products in here are reasonable and almost the same with the grocery store in my location. I also search for new clothes. The items they have are fine, has a good quality and just literally the same that I can get in a mall. I personally like the designs of their scarfs and the prices is also reasonable so I bought two of it. I got a bit tired and there is a Starbucks inside so I got myself a coffee first. The barista is nice and friendly and she is fast there is an available seat and I finished my coffee first before heading to the checkout. I was also able to check out quickly thanks to the efficient and friendly staff in there. I like this Target location and I will definitely be back!

I think like many, I'm a fairly simple shopper. When I want something, assuming I can find it reasonably priced somewhere, I generally just follow the prices (i.e. go wherever I can get it cheapest), but only if I can count on the service / trustworthiness / shopping-experience with that best-priced-store to be acceptable. Target certainly delivers on the best-price front at times, and has never let me down on the latter, so I never hesitate to grab a good deal there when I see one. Thanks!

This is one of the best targets I’ve been to. Very nice and clean. Good stock for produce and grocery. Starbucks and pharmacy on premises.

This past Thursday, I had ordered one of this season biggest toys. This was the last one in the store and I was honestly expecting to hear back that something went wrong etc. But, to my surprise, the order went through and it was ready to pick up as soon as the store opened Friday morning. Despite the weather and road conditions, the store was well staffed, clean, and easy to find the other items I needed. I don’t shop at this specific Target normally and had never ordered anything for pick-up. When I went to the check out, I had asked an employee where to go to pick up my item. Instead of acting like I should know or, give me attitude, she happily told me where to go and she asked if I needed anything else. Pickup was also very fast and easy. It’s rare to go into any store nowadays, especially two days before Christmas and get great customer service but this store absolutely surpassed my expectations.

I’m 15 and currently not having a place to stay/house situation is really messed up and I come here a lot for food and water and just shelter. The way the workers here have treated me is nothing but respect, they’ve offered to pay for food and water and have even offered me a job. I love the people who work in target and truly appreciate people who are like this. You guys really make my day.

Beyond amazing customer service here! I have a service dog and the staff treated us with respect and kindness. At many places we shop some staff members will try to pet and talk to my service dog without asking or considering the effect it can have on our safety as he is working. Brian at self check out was so wonderful! He was very professional when he approached us with a larger bag for my hangers and even tapped a handle on my toilet paper so it’s easier to carry with out me even asking! The thoughtfulness and helping hand he gave to us that evening was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Brian for being so caring! This will be our go to target from now on.

I must say I had the best experience at this target in particular and that was all because of Doug! He has to be the most helpful guy at any target or store in general! That man needs a raise asap! Make him the icon of target or something he deserves it!

Great parking, excellent drive up service, well stocked and clean. Add great customer service also. I prefer this location to the Super Target in Vernon Hills. It's also infinitely better than the Walmart across the street.

This store is always nice & clean and contains good selection of goods for any season.

Knowledgeable employees, clean store, professional employees, always help when self checking out. Love Starbucks in Target. Keep up the great products and service. 👍
