AT&T Store

I upgraded my iPhone at the Buffalo Grove store and the rep helped me understand the costs, and transferred my information as well as installed the screen saver. Overall a great experience and I will definitely return for all my future phone needs.

The place was amazing, Amanda did an incredible job assisting me in my very complex requests. Lots of knowledge and overall she was just awesome!

Xavier at this location is all about customer service. We have had a couple of difficult issues with one phone in particular and he was able to help us through a lengthy process of resolving it.
AT&T take note, in a world where attention to the customer is dwindling, you should be proud to have Xavier representing your company.

The store manager was very nice and helpful. Usually I associate cell phone service stores with predatory sales people always looking to make as much money as possible and get you out of there. Did not seem like the case here. He was super friendly and honest when it came to pricing

George is amazing. I had problems with pop ups constantly appearing and interrupting everything I tried to do. Samsung remotely went into my phone 5 times and I visited 3 other AT&T stores. Nobody could fix the problem. George fixed it in one minute. He's the only person I will go to in the future. He's great!!!

Great experience! Xavier is a fantastic sales rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful in switching me over from a different provider. The experience made me glad to have made the change to AT&T.

We called ahead and spoke with Kathryn, who was very professional and helpful in telling us what we needed in order to get our issues resolved quickly. As we walked in, Adán was available and was incredibly helpful in adding my wife to my account. He transferred her existing number, was competent and quick. We walked in at 6:45, 15 min before their closing time, and he got us out of there by 7:05. Great work all around, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Xavier the store manager did a phenomenal job! He knew I was on my lunch break and was pressed for time. He was able to figure out and take care of what I needed. Honestly you guys need to promote this man.

Easily the best AT&T store you can visit. Xavier the store manager can do it all and knows everything plus some. A really big help on breaking down your options and promotions.

I'm Russian guy. I speak English badly. But in this store I got the best service in the USA. Antonio is the Manager who helped me with my issue. He is polite, sympathetic and patient guy. He spent 2 hours of his time on me. I strongly recommend for everybody this store.

New manager at the store is super friendly. He's running the store without staff but giving the best service, with a great positive attitude, huge smile and doing the best he can to help the customers. Definitely recommend this over other stores who are somewhat good, but this guy definitely knows what he's doing.

I walked in with the understanding that I was going to be treated rudely and rushed just like the Arlington heights and woodfield stores...

Boy was I wrong!

George helped me, he listened to me and answered all my questions..at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He was the only one there and I saw how he treated all the other walk in customers. One woman who walked in could hardly speak English and he took his time to make sure he understood what she needed. He didn't act annoyed or frustrated.

Honestly he restored my faith in continuing my business with att.
Don't go anywhere else! Go see George...today!

Had a very smooth experience in this AT&T store. I walked in to get a nano sim for my new unlocked phone and Thomas Morales helped me get that done super quick. Would love to visit this store again for any wireless needs in the future.

Luis helped me with my upgrade and was awesome. He was very thorough with making sure I took advantage of any discounts available. I’ll definitely go back to the Buffalo Grove location in the future!

I had an awesome experience with Varo. We had an issue with our account and Varo spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and asked to be transferred to all the departments to rectify our situation. Typically, he works at the Vernon Hills store so check him out!
