She helped me transfer a phone from another carrier for hours , the other carrier was impossible to deal with . The young lady that works there is always so very helpful and polite. She has great customer service skills and even when I'm running in at the very last minute ( and I do that quite often) she never gets upset or hurries me up just to get me out cuz she's in a hurry to clock out and go home, instead she stays patient and helps with whatever it is that I need. She is an amazing person to have on your team and I truly hope that she appreciated and acknowledged for her hard work and dedication.
