7-Eleven

This 7-11 was a good experience.

The young lady that just helped was so polite that I was amazed. Recently I have notice there not as many people in customer service who understand what it means to give good or great service. I hoping there more people who can give that same great in other places.

Went by here today to grab lunch before the park with my son. There were the two NICEST ladies working there! It was a GREAT experience. THANKS!

Typical 7-Eleven

It's better to avoid this location. Half of the staff/management here are childish, rude, and disrespectful. Two incidents of such have happened during my visits...one to me, and the second I witnessed happen to another customer. As per with most 7-Eleven locations, they seldom have fresh items on the hot bar (if any at all). Don't get your hopes up walking into the store. The locations on Warwick Blvd are much better!! If you need gas, pay at the pump and go about your merry day.

My mom needed gas so I let her use my card. I know what my balance was before she went in the store. I definitely had money on my card! This skinny, old, hateful, lady that always wears a hat that says queen, said my card was declined. When I looked at my card balance, they took the money off my card and it still says pending!!!! I will dispute this with my credit card company if the money isn't returned.
The young man that works there is very nice! That's the only reason I gave this place 2 stars!!

Posting shows gas is $2.52, drove there and it was $2.69, waste of time

I recently stopped at this local gas station to get gas to make it to work. As I myself work at a gas station I just needed a little gas to make it to my destination. I went inside because I needed to purchase tobacco. I asked for $12.00 on said pump and a pack of black n mild filter tips which was $2.99, 3.17 after tax. I asked the cashier for a receipt because of said issues in the area of overcharging cards he laughed I got my receipt and went about my day. I checked my account a couple hours later to see that I had a pending total for 16.00 from them didn't really pay it no mind because it was pending not the correct final total. Now the charge has finally finished pending and I was charged 18.17?? Charge is not correct. I would advise if going here to NOT use a card. cash only as well as getting the receipt.. I will be furthering this issue til I'm in the known of what happened.
