The UPS Store

This was a nice UPS to stop at for shipping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I was in they were putting together a shipment that needed a special boxing and were spending time building it. Highly recommend this location.

Had an abosulte wonderful expereince from Leah (I think that is her name!) She was amazing at not only tracking down an overnight package that didn't get set out same day. She even went out of her way and went to the location my pack was sitting at! She replaced the dry ice and repackage the whole time for me. She was truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough. She kept me updated on what was going on with phone calls. Truly an amazing employee!

Traveling around the country for several years now these stores have been fundamentally helpful for receiving packages and sometimes sending. Most of them are really good, a few are horrible Money grubbers. This is the best I've seen. What good people in such a good store. Well done.

I've been to many UPS stores in different parts of the country and the Hood River store is far and away the best. All the staff go above and beyond what you could even hope for.
I am there on a regular basis with my toddler in toe. I never feel rushed and they are always very fast, courteous and super helpful!

I feel kind of silly writing a review of UPS, but man, the staff that work at this location are always so sweet and accommodating. As someone who hates having to do returns, even with companies like Amazon, they really do make it so quick and easy, and without you feeling like an inconvenience. Thank you!

Brad and crew are tip-top. Always prompt, always get 'r' done. It's an in-and-out experience, no time wasted waiting in line. Staffing is great to handle the traffic. Love the UPS store.

I am not sure how a business could be run any better than what Brad does, along with the excellent staff he has trained, several of whom have been there for years. Everyone knows what they are doing, and asks for assistance if they are unsure, efficient, pleasant, and incredibly can-do. I just really like doing my business there. Great job crew!!

I had a document notarized at the USP store in Hood River. There were many pages in each document and both copies were out of order. Brad took each document, sorted them out, very patiently, and then review the language to ensure we were signing in the correct locations. He even search the web to ensure the terms in the document were consistent with our understanding. After filling out all the documents and notarizing, Brad went thru the documents a 3rd time to ensure everything was done properly.

I have sent many packages through UPS in Hood River and all experiencing have been excellent. The staff is efficient and sensitive to my cost and time. In one instances, I wanted to get a package to my customer ASAP. When I was surprised by the high cost of shipping this package, the USP worker gave me options they had as well as recommendations on other non-UPS ways it can be sent.

I very much appreciate when the store is very busy, I never have to wait more than a minute to be served. They work very fast to take care of each customer and they have always got mine shipping and packing done right the first time.

I’ve been so amazed by this store. Everyone is so fast and courteous. I’ve had the door held open for big packages, they help with taping packages, and never rush you out the door. I’ve been to a few UPS stores around the country and this is by far the best one I’ve ever been too. Kudos to all the employees!

This is the best UPS store that you will ever walk into, period. Brad and his crew are top notch...great knowledge, customer service and just friendly. I frequent here for shipping, printing and copying, and it's always a great experience. I would recommend them.

The Staff at the UPS store is amazing! They call me by name every time I go in there, and say hi to me when I see them in the grocery store. They make you feel like your apart of their family!! If your looking for somewhere to ship your things this is the place!

I have been using this store consistently for over six years and they always impress me with their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to take the extra step to ensure that my needs are met. Shipping, receiving, copying, you name it, my needs are met above and beyond my expectations.

I had outstanding customer service today from Doug, who appeared to be all alone but never skipped a beat. Doug had several customers besides me and still managed to help me with all my questions, documents, while assisting in printing for another customer.

Doug along with his coworkers always provide me with great customer service, friendly smile, and helpful information every time I am in the store, a Hood River business at its best.

Brad helped me to make, print, and laminate a sign today. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. The store is clean and equipment is in great condition. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely return!

I work for the local ISP in town, Gorge Net. We had a business proposal that needed to arrive in Salem ahead of a looming deadline that was less than two days away. After calling a competitor and being told there was no way they could guarantee on-time arrival, I called the Hood River UPS Store and was told if I could get there by 5:30 they would make sure to get our proposal to its destination on time. I made a mad dash up the Heights only to arrive at 5:32. I could see the UPS Truck ready to take off as I pulled into the parking lot and fully expected to see it pull away any moment. Instead, when I entered the store I was greeted by a smiling employee and the UPS Driver who she had asked to wait for a few minutes. UPS then delivered the package to its destination before 9AM the next morning, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you Hood River UPS Store!
