Old Navy

This is my go-to store for all things clothing. Devonte From the Old Navy team at this store is simply amazing, he was very helpful, and assisted me in making an informed decision about my purchases. Give this guy a rise, he’s the MVP!

Old Navy has always been under rated as a brand. But it has never disappointed me whenever i needed something classy, elegant as well as comfortable.

Sarah and Selena were amazing ❤. Super friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out on a school night thanks to these ladies. They even honored a discount that was only online.The store was very clean and everyone was very approachable. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend you to do your shopping here!

Good Price and good quality clothes, especially for kids

The best Old Navy inside Houston by far. Employees are always so customer service driven and pleasant, store is always super clean and organized, and the main reason for my recent 5-star review is seeing that this store does not keep a sign on their door trying to recommend a face mask if customers AND they allow their employees to be mask free!! I LOVED seeing the smiling faces of employees instead of feeling like I was surrounded by a bunch of emotionless controlled robots like everywhere else. Way to go Old Navy, this location seriously rocks.

This store has really improved, I shop at a lot of the Houston metro area Old Navy’s, this one is by far the most organized. It’s clean well stocked and the lines move quickly. Great selection and one of the larger stores.

However, I write this review because of the great customer service I received today from Vicente (hope I spelled correctly) he went out of his way today to help us out and resolve the issues at hand. We need more people like him in the retail industry!

Lines are always long. Need more people working checkout on weekends.

Was just in to exchange a pair of pants I got for Christmas for a different size. The exact pants were no longer in the store so the ladies working suggested to return my pants and order the correct size online with the money from the return. I am not tech savvy at all. The ladies working did it all for me and were so helpful. They really took their time to help me out even though they were busy.

Went in to get a jacket and as soon as I walked in my eyes were set on one specifically so went straight to get it and they didn't had my size the girl who was fixing in that area was such a great help she was all over the store cause on her gadget said that there was one in my size, she wasn't able to find it but she offered order it and send it to my home at no charge. I wish I remembered her name but she was amazing!!!

The store has come a long way since I worked there years ago. It looks clean and updated. The selection is nice. I love how they have stayed trendy. Well done old navy!

Super family friendly. I can always find what I need. As a man i don't want to spend a bunch of time styling the close. Old Navy makes it easy to get in and get out.

My favorite Old Navy Store

Has good sales, clean, organized. Get their credit card. The banana republic credit card has one of the best retail point system. You can get lots of rewards that you can spend at any of the sister stores.

Great prices,selections and employees! Pleasantly surprised because last time I went,I couldn't find anything, lines were long and no one helped me

Erica at the front register was so amazing and helped me with all the questions I had!! Highly impressed. I normally don't do all 5 stars but she deserved!!

The clothes are good quality and fun styles for reasonable prices. There were lots of good sale prices today. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this store!
