Drea, Alex, and T were fantastic representatives for Levi’s! I really appreciate their enthusiasm and motivation to serve me. Though I am reflecting on 2 different occasions, I forgot to post about it the first time. However, I dare not forget about posting this time. I would definitely shop here again due to their professionalism and love for the customer.

Tyler, Hakeem, and Drea helped us out and were very helpful and patient. They provided great customer service and made the overall shopping experience a positive one. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job on the patchwork I got on my jean shorts which made me a very happy customer! Definitely would recommend shopping here.

Every employee was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and patient. The dressing room attendant was even suggesting different shoes, tops, and accessories to wear with certain jeans. He really knew fashion. Will shop here again!!

I took my daughter to the Galería (Houston) store on Black Friday. It was packed and the team working the store was the best I have seen in retail in years. Great service!!! They were so helpful grabbing different sizes and styles and taking them to the dressing rooms. AWESOME JOB!!

The personnel is soooooo kind! I went there to return a wrong size/model of blue jeans not really looking for something else and I left the store with the best pair of Levi’s I had, and all thanks to the kindness of the girl in the store. Thank you!
