Great customer service and it was a great shoe and purse sale!

Quite honestly, it feels like the 90s in this place. No, it’s not the dated decor. It’s the OUTSTANDING customer service the associates here offer. From the accessories department, men’s department, and women’s shoes the customer service here is something you just don’t see anymore. AND IM HERE FOR IT! Thank you Dillards employees for your smiles and kindness while helping the public survive Christmas: you guys are incredible!

Awesome customer service. Norma at Calvin Klein department was friendly and very kind and helped me in any way she could. I will definitely go back to Dillard's in the Galleria.

Excellent selection of Designer items and sale prices are exceptional. Love going when the shoe dept has clearance sells. You can purchase 3 pairs for the price of 1. Store is well lit and clean. Parking is good compared to the main mall parking.

A worthwhile visit over the holiday weekend. Walked over from the Galleria and found many of the Fiestaware items were part of a clearance sale with prices lower than we have ever seen. Picked up Gusto bowls for under $2.50 which is a steal as they normally sell for $16-$21. No waiting to checkout and very friendly staff in the housewares department.

A few months ago, my husband joined me when I went to look for a dress to wear to a gala. We found the dress department on the third floor to have a wonderful selection, and more importantly, we met Donna! What a delight she is!
Donna knew her inventory, offered suggestions, and offered true customer service!
Last night, we stopped by again to see if I could find a dress for an upcoming wedding! I was secretly hoping Donna would be there because I really enjoyed my experience earlier this year.
Sure enough, she was and even though the store was closing in thirty minutes, Donna did not hesitate to step up to the plate and help again!
She helped me find the perfect dress - it was on the mannequin - and Donna quickly got it for me and placed a new selection back on the wardrobe.
In a time that many are shopping online, it has been difficult to get the right level of customer service in many stores. Not in this department if Donna is working! I cannot wait to come back and find some more items. I also look forward to finding shoes in their shoe department and I hope Donna is there, I will look forward to showing her and getting her approval.
I will be back again because of Donna. Also, my husband will not mind joining me because they have nice comfy chairs in the department for him to sit on while I make my selections. The experience there is made so much better because of her and it is obvious that she is an asset to this location.

Most of my purchases have been for menswear and all but one have been quality merchandise that outlast similar purchases for less. Example, four years ago I bought three Polo brand boxer shorts that still have strong elasticity, unlike their Yorke and Richardson line of boxers. Best Hawaiian shirts in town for our hot summer months too. Today's spread cost $211.

Very cordial young assistant who gave professional service and great advice. He was a well groomed, articulate African American gentleman who seemed to take PRIDE in his job.

So many of the associates were willing to help us find what we were looking for. We went up to the 4th floor because I wanted to purchase the nuna pipa relx car seat base. Kimberly Cortez was the associate who helped us! She went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed!! She even helped us get the item out to our car when the dock personnel were taking too long ! I can not recommend this Dillards enough !! If you have to purchase anything from there, this is definitely the location to go to !!!

Ayla, in the Big and Tall Polo section, is a very attentive, kind, and genuine lady. She is one of the best retail sellers I have ever met; she has a very good attitude, and her attention to detail is outstanding. I was having trouble helping my husband to find outfit for a gala event because the coat he chose was hard to make combinations with; however, she managed to find everything we needed to make an incredible outfit out of that coat. Once again, thank you so much, Ayla.
