“I’m not a regular customer at this location, but last weekend I was there looking for a dress and I found it but I wasn’t sure about my accessories. Natalia at the register was so helpful! I know I was being a little difficult but she was so patient with me she showed me different necklaces and earrings she was so nice and all the time she kept a smile and great attitude. Came here yesterday (Monday, May 8th) and didn't realize the mall closes at 8pm of which we had maybe in the area of 20 minutes left. Everyone in the store seemed pretty busy trying to close up, but NATALIA G. had asked if we needed some help. She not only found the one last item my wife was looking for in her size, but as our luck would have, it would be the one on the mannequin at the front of the store. As we were checking out, she went above and beyond to help us locate the appropriate coupon so we can save a few extra dollars being that the one we had, only worked online. There were several things during the course of our visit she did not have to do, but she definitely took the time to do so. Something unfortunately you don't see very often now and day, but my wife and I are grateful of.

I hadn't come to Express before but I was trying to find my husband an outfit for our anniversary dinner since he was buying me an outfit for me and I was not only greeted upon coming in, but I had probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a clothing store! It was so memorable I had to post a review about it. An associate Solomon was not only extremely helpful but he single-handedly helped me pick out an outfit for my husband and he worked with my budget and gave me his expert opinion on color coordinating since I kind of have a hard time with matching colors. He helped me all the way till the point of check out and I am so grateful that good, quality and friendly customer service still exists! I'm not sure if he's a manager or not but he absolutely should be if he isn't. Thank you Express for making my first visit a memorable one, and Solomon for being on top of it 🙌

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Express Galleria Houston location and I wanted to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Alman.

During a particularly difficult time for my family, as we were preparing for my father's funeral, Alman showed remarkable patience and empathy as I searched for the appropriate attire. His genuine concern and understanding made a world of difference to me as I navigated through this emotional process.

Due to a price difference on line, I was prepared to leave the store and do in store pick up the following day. I was pleasantly surprised to witness the manager immediately honoring the online rate, thanks to Alman's intervention.

This small act of going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience truly impressed me. Alman's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. It is not often that I leave reviews, but his outstanding effort deserves recognition.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Alman for his exceptional service and for truly caring about his customers. Express Galleria Houston is lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate individual on their team. Thank you, Alman, and the initial guy that directed me to Alman for making a difficult shopping experience pleasant.

This was the best experience I have had at an Express as I recently moved to Houston! I came in looking for one thing, but Stephanie helped me find better, more suitable options fitting with my work needs. She was so friendly, patient, and had excellent customer service! One of the managers (I did not get his name) and Miguel were so personable and helpful, too! Stephanie went above and beyond to pick out items for me after listening to what my needs were, checking with me in the fitting room and did not hesitate to provide me with better alternatives in terms of fit and sizing. I have usually experienced impatience or someone not really wanting to help or truly listening to what my goals were at other Express stores. Rather, she did not impose impersonal sales on me, but personalized what she saw would work even better while explaining how I could make it work (like a personal wardrobe stylist). Thank you Stephanie for making clothes shopping easy and Express as my future go-to!

Elegant style at very good price

I had great experience shopping yesterday. No one asked me twenty times if I needed help. I shopped in peace. And I am thankful and grateful for that.

I went to exchange a cardigan today that I had order online and it was too big on me and ended up walking out with more purchases! Stephanie was awesome and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely be shopping here again!!! Way to go Express !

Upon checking out at the cashier station Salomon gave 5-Star Service just had my first baby boy 3wks had him with me. Salomon called the Baybrooke location bc shoes I was purchasing here only had size 7. Salomon demonstrated exceptional above & beyond service I will definitely be coming back bc of him. Thanks for hiring caring employees who care about the customers.

The store is very clean, huge and organized. I love what they've done with the new setup for the fitting rooms.
