Great installation and after care by ABACUS Houston. They quoted me for 2 full HVAC Units (LENNOX) on Thursday, kicked off installation on Friday with a very experienced crew. The team worked very transparent and had great housekeeping skills keeping their work area's clean and more importantly safe. On startup one of the condensers was making exceptional noise compared to the other (Two identical units), they returned on Monday to troubleshoot but could not pinpoint the issue. On Tuesday they came back again, troubleshooted and decided to replace the entire unit (Condenser). The noise issue was directly resolved and both units now are silent and run very smooth, what a great upgrade from my old HVAC system. Now that is after care, customer service and customer centricity to its best level and the exact reason why I chose for a company like ABACUS.

Chris was great. He was very professional and detailed in his explanation of the options available for replacing our water heater. He discussed the payment options and recommended saving options if we signed up for the membership plan. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Bob was amazing! Extremely friendly, professional, and supportive of my situation. His expertise and his customer service is the best I've ever experienced. He invited me to be involved in reviewing the scoping of my sewer line so I was saw and understood the issues first hand. He provided multiple options for my repair and helped discuss the benefits of each. I didn't feel pressured to immediately accept the most expensive approach. He immediately gave me his direct contact info for any follow-up questions or concerns. Highly recommend him and will request him specifically in the future for major repairs.

Very pleased with the service I received. I decided to make the boneheaded move of trying to replace 2 leaky hose bibs myself on a black Friday afternoon. Long story short, I screwed it up and one of my outdoor pipes started spewing water out the side when I turned the main on.

Called these folks and they sent Jonathon C. out to fix my mess. The price is not cheap, ended up paying about $1400 (including tax and emergency service fee) to replace 2 outdoor hose bibs, and get into the wall to the replace copper piping that was broken leading to one of them.

Hose bibs were basically priced at $240 each, and then the copper pipe fix, and getting access to them through walls were like $350 each line item, and then you have the emergency service fee of $150 for anyone curious how the numbers broke down.

Obviously it hurt paying that much and after any rushed home fix you start wondering if price was fair when the dust settles or if you made a blunder in the moment. I’m sure it could be done for cheaper but considering the fact that he fixed it in the dark, on a Black Friday evening working till almost midnight, it was well worth it for our situation. Even if we got a steal on the price waiting till Monday to get someone out, the cost of staying in a hotel for our family and dogs + more affordable work would have easily been $1400 if not more, not factoring in the headache of having to deal with packing up family and dogs to stay somewhere else for the weekend.

As for the tech, Jonathon, he was very professional and you could tell he was a pro. I would feel very comfortable having him work on any part of the system. He also kept the job site so clean you’d never know someone was in the wall replacing pipes. Overall, he is a top notch plumber who knows his stuff and can knock the work out in a clean, efficient manner.

Ms. Tanisha received my called and was super knowledgeable and helpful. She addressed my concerns and got me setup with the proper service that fit into my schedule. She was truly a joy to chat with.

Also, Brett was the pro that came out and was so kind and respectful. He wore shoe covers and communicated what was next with ease and professionalism. Great crew!

OMG! I am totally satisfied with Abacus service. From the initial phone contact to the completion of the service the experience was smooth and timely. My problem was solved in about 40 minutes from arrival. Mr. Israel Alverio was kind, thorough, efficient, and very professional with his service; furthermore, he was very courteus by giving me general information on how to check up my AC unit warranty coverage and other tips to be watchful for about the proper AC unit functioning. I am deeply grateful for his empathetic approach delivering his service. No doubt that I will immediately contact ABACUS should I ever need their services again. We just moved here a few days ago and experienced issues with our washer. We were uncertain what company we should use to resolve the issue. My daughter uses Abacus so we called. The technician was Kevin Salazar. He was so courteous and efficient. He did not leave until he had confirmed that our issue was resolved!
We were so impressed with his services that we purchased the service agreement for plumbing! We will be requesting Kevin for any future plumbing needs! Thanks so much!!

Alex from Abacus quickly came out to our house to check the AC system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and quickly resolved the issue. He explained in detail the issue with possible cause. He also answered all questions I had regarding the system. Very pleased with the service that I received.

Wonderful plumer and very professional. And very fast with all his jobs. Also, a marvelous salesman. I was only going to spend between $400 to $800 dollars. Jonathan Carley had me to spend $10,000 dollar. But it was very much needed!!! Give this guy a raise because he is an asset to your company. I've been a supervisor for over fifty years and I know greatness when i see it!!!
Also, Gary Shelton ( The Under Ground Crew) and his son Thomas and Marvin. They were very professional , friendly, fast and neat. The Under Ground Crew , cleaned up everything beautifully !!!

Christopher was super knowledgeable and helpful with my water heater that needed new ventilation. He made informed suggestions and did a great job. I think the fact that Abacus didn't charge me to come out and give me a quote was amazing!

Abacus is a great company and Aaron Duff is a professional and hard working employee! He notifies us in advance of coming to the house and he leaves any and all work areas cleaner than when he began working. Aaron is also very patient in explaining what he will be doing and answering all our questions. He is our go-to plumber whenever we use Abacus! Thanks for your great work Aaron!!!

Vlad was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest in his work, demeanor, and attitude. Everything was handled professionally but also in a personable manner. Will have to wait and see how the work holds up over time but very pleased with the experience working with him and Abacus for our electrical needs.

Bryan Haywood, Jr. was our technician and he did a superb job. Bryan arrived on time and he was knowledgeable and courteous. He immediately understood our service request and completed the task promptly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. We could not have been more pleased. It was definitely a 5 star experience.

Had a water main valve burst and Dustin was dispatched to fix it. Abacus was able to get a technician out same day and get it resolved. Dustin was awesome! He was polite and took pride in his work. Really appreciated his time and expertise, very impressed with his work. Great first experience with Abacus!

After having my job appraised by a service would have been Moore ( no typo here) and half the work done i reached out to this service and i am glad i did! The job of fixing my main water line was done quickly and professionally i will be using this service more in the future.

I had a problem under my kitchen sink that was a real mess bowing the cabinets and everything. Phillip diagnosed very quickly and repaired very quickly. Turned out to be something very simple. He showed me options how to eliminate problems in the future and gave me problems future each.Great customer service!!

I had plumbing work done with Abacus.
The plumber was exceptionally professional. very knowledgeable and courteous and helpful. I was able to enjoy my new bathroom fixture immediately, and I also learned a few things along the way.
Aaron Dunn was the technician. If possible, I hope to use him every time I have a plumbing need. You guys are great.

Christopher did a great job and was very patient and helpful as well. I am very happy with his work. I called last night with a broken water heater, and it was fixed for a small price less than 12 hours later.
