After leaving the Lancaster Cricket store unsatisfied, my wife and I went to the DeSoto Cricket store. We were welcomed when we walked in, although he was with another customer. I've been a cricket customer for years, and I only go to this location because the staff there is so helpful and kind, the wait can be long sometimes but that's only because the staff focuses on your needs from start to finish, I have no problem being patient so that another customer can get the same service as I'm used to getting from here.
