Big Lots

I don't visit often but the last few times the service was amazing. My previous visit I purchased some beautiful decorative pillows. One of them had some spots on the back. The manager reduced the price for me. My last trip the associate that assisted me was so polite and courteous. He allowed me to photograph him as he worked. I felt valued as a customer. Definitely recommend

The Customer Service, the young man at the register) are always pleasant and concerned of your needs when shopping. The store is clean and fresh and I enjoy shopping in this particular Big Lots. Lastly, A Big Thank You! to these Employees for the great attiitudes in the midst of everything that's going on now days in our Communities you hardly get a welcome or smile in businesses hardly but I understand. Had a great trip to big lots yesterday. Met a young man who only wanted to be able to eat some slim Jim's. We had a nice conversation and I gave him $3 so he could get a pack of Slim Jim's. The cashier was kind enough to offer him the slim Jim's and take it out of her check. This is great customer service and taking care of our youth. He paid for them however it was a very nice act of kindness on her part. The store appeared clean and orderly.

I love coming in this big lots. The ladies in this store are ALWAYS SO PLESANT, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS , AND FRIENDLY. The store was clean and well stocked. Ms. Sandra is the best. She is so nice and encouraging you to have the best shopping experience. She assisted me the last time I was here and she gave another customer the same smile and service this time I was here. It is a lot going on in today's world and anytime I can receive outstanding customer service with a smile and customer service from a store and their employees I'm coming back. Thank you for enjoying your job ladies. Great service and clean store.

There were a lot of unique things that you don't find anywhere else. The staff were super helpful in locating what we were searching for.

From the managers to the cashier’s and floor salespersons...this is by far the best customer service and a very friendly environment. I love coming through and browsing. I always stop here when I'm on this side of town, great prices, they carry some items I can't find in the big box stores

I love Big Lots and this is a great location. Lots of variety of products. Most are good quality and reasonably priced. The employees are almost always friendly and helpful. Love that they carry some organic and Bob's Red Mill. Recommend highly!

I really like this Big lots it's affordable and the financing through the Big lots credit card is comparable to other furniture stores this is our second time buying pieces of furniture our last purchase was yesterday and it was a recliner we were very very satisfied they had it in stock and they run me up within minutes we were out the door really dug my boy Kevin and my boy Ron there helping out

I initially went into Big Lots because it was in a shopping complex I was browsing. I, honestly, didn't know Big Lots still existed. When I walked in, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. It is a great home goods store. I bought two sets of 900 thread count sheets and two sets of hand towels-- and got a $10 coupon for my shopping.

Although some of the shelf were half full they have a lot of good deals on merchandise. I went in to just purchase some candy and ended up buying more than I planned.

The lady helped me fine my item with no problem , had alot of great items at this location....I found the premium gourmet chocolate candy popcorn I was looking for ....im very satisfied with my visit today!

Great customer service, ladies were very kind there.

We had gotten a furniture item that had some damage on the back panel, that wasn't visible until we got it out of the box. We were able to return it, and get another item without any problems.

Big Lots is a Special Store for Bird Seed's for My Cardinal's & Bottle's of Sweet Nutricious Nector for My Humming Birds! I hear the Unique sounds of My Cardinals when they come too feed thruout the day and sightings of My Hummingbirds in the mornings and evenings
