I Absolutely loved going in to get my smoothie or my immune booster. They are so friendly I love all the employees and the owners the smoothies are out of this world.

A gem hiding in plain sight! Even though I frequent the area, I didn't realize this place was here until yesterday. I was going to Tom Thumb for their bottled cold pressed juice after my workout and thankfully I noticed their fresh juice sign on the window. My juice was exactly what I needed and everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. I look forward to supporting this establishment regularly.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by for fresh juice, a healthy shot, or a smoothie. Everyone I've encountered is always so kind and welcoming. Please support this business. You won't be disappointed.

I moved from New York to DeSoto in 2016. I was looking for a good smoothie and found Today's Health & Nutrition. I'm still going today at least 4 days out of the week. The owner and staff are awesome. I know them all by name. Each member exemplifies what Customer Service should be about. What jumped out to me most is knowledge they have to truly assist you with your needs. My favorite place! Keep up the fantastic work!!

I love this store. I visit the store to purchase essential oils. The mental clarity brand has changed my life. Anyone dealing with anxiety I would highly suggest purchasing mental clarity. Good Samaritan is another favorite oil of mine. I’ve tried their smoothies a few times and they are delicious. The custom service is always exceptional. May God continue to bless this business❣🙏🏾

My visits with Rebekah were remarkable. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the program. She seemed genuinely interested in my outcome. Her step by step guidance was very welcome and appreciated. I do believe she got me started on my healthy journey.

Look at this glowing skin. Thanks to my Holistic Health Practitioner Rebekah H. at Today's Health and Nutrition I am feeling and looking better than I have in years. Rebekah did a Health Dietary Assessment for my body, a full intake and orientation of what changes I needed to make. As well as created a schedule of supplements to take and suggested foods to eat that was needed to get my body healthy and balanced. Within days of following her plan and suggestions, I could feel and see the change! I feel and look amazing!

I can’t say enough about Today’s Health & Nutrition I love this place! Their famliy owned with great customer service. They take care of all my vitamin needs and I love all of their great tasting and nutritional smoothies.
