Plenty of pine needles and soil for your garden. Lots of good stuff. The folks are nice and carry stuff to your car. So convenient to my home. They employees wore masks and had shields at the cash register. The female cashier said welcome to every man who walked in but not to me a female. Hmm

Great hardware store close to me. The employees are knowledgeable and attentive. The prices are a little high but worth it for the service and quality of the item.

If you like service, go there. Makes Home Depot
and Lowes look like third world countries. A little smaller so their inventory is limited. But if
you cannot find it inventory is inconsequential.

This is the store I go when I want to get in an out fast to get a project done. If you need plumbing, screws, nails, hardware, lights, you name it they have it and will help you find it. Plus so close by too. People know how to help customers - this is the cure to your frustrations going to Lowes and Home Depot!!

Friendly, helpful staff can be found at practically every Ace, and that's why I will always prefer Ace to Lowes and the other soulless big box stores.

My neighborhood ACE has propane so it is our go to our for refills and they have an excellent nut and bt selection. A pleasure to go to compared to the big box home stores. Great service too.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received from a local store. I could’ve gone to the big box stores where I have accounts, but I wanted the personal customer service connection that I found with the Killearn store Manager/Owner Eric. I wanted a small Weber propane grill and he got it for me, assembled it and delivered it to me. Being a widow, it’s not easy to put things together or pick them up and bring them home for use. Thank you Eric once again for all your help to me!!

Wife fell in love with the fact that she could get pool supplies, pool chlorine and propane tanks refilled all at the same place. And she didn't have to carry them to and from the car. The associates did it for her. She's sold. Happy wife happy life. Thanks Ace.

It's so great to have this in the neighborhood. Hours are convenient and the prices are great. Staff are always willing to help out, Gordon is always a super resourceful and helpful team member...i always seek him out when I'm there since he really knows his stuff and has a great attitude. All in all way better than the big box stores and so much more convenient.

Nice people quick in and out they have practically every normal thing you need to fix or build things around the house and is quicker than the big box stores. Little more expensive but you spend more gas and time going to the big box stores. I love that place.

I ordered something online and had it shipped to this store. I didn't realize they closed at six and I never get off work that early. When I came by to pick it up at 6:30, the one day I finally got off at a decent hour, of course they were closed, but the manager was still there getting ready to leave. She let me in and let me pick up my item. I'm sorry I inconvenienced her, but she was super nice and accommodating. My poor planning wasn't her fault, but she still was friendly and helpful.

My wife came here today and came back raving about how awesome Colin and Brian were to her! They struggled and succeeded in getting the hitch ball screw off for her, they worked tirelessly and we're very polite to her. I really appreciate the services you guys provided and my wife thinks you both deserve a huge raise! Thanks again, fellas!
