Our 11 year old son & we as parents, always enjoy our shopping trips here. The staff is exceptional & always highly informative with any questions or concerns we might have. My favorite thing is when checking out with video games and depending on the rating & if it's rated for an older, more mature person than what our kids appear to be, than they are very quick to inform us parents on the rating and a detailed breakdown of what the video game actually entails of.

It was very busy and there was only 1 person and the man was very friendly and helpful and so polite. He really helped my son alot. I don't know nothing about the games or the app. Thank you.

Brian did so much to help us with everything we needed help with. At the end of the visit we were extremely happy with the service, friendliness and welcoming attitude we received. We just moved to the area so it's awesome to know we found a good local store.

Did I ultimately get done what I wanted to? No, most definitely not. But the employees aren't to blame. They did a good job and we had to order what I wanted, which still hasn't shipped mind you. Bloody pandemic, LOL.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of gaming consoles and games. They even have some older games you might be looking for. Also, a good customer rewards program. The online shopping experience is great as well. They can help with literally all of your gaming needs. Would shop here even if their prices were a little bit higher because of the perks and availability.

This is easily one of the better GameStops that I have been in and they really seem to know how to run the place. There have been many times where I have gone into a GameStop and been met with a big crowd of people like on Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas, and the stores would have one (ONE) person running the desk.

This particular GameStop does it right by almost always having at least two to three people at the desk, which is great when you consider that this building is smaller than the larger version in Enterprise. (And yet, that larger store was one of the ones I mentioned that doesn't seem to understand how to work during a crowd.)

This store is always clean, the displays are great, and the employees are VERY approachable and friendly. Easily, it's my favorite one in town.

These folks go out of there way to find what ur looking for OR to get it shipped to their location ,for you!! They have always treated my kids and I, wonderfully. Although the NEW games can be a lil' pricey, the used games have awesome prices/deals (Especially if u join their Club Membership!)... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!*

Always a pleasure going to this location! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff every time I go in. I recommend this location to everyone when looking for the best deals, promotions, sales, and info for video games!

This is one of my favorite stores to go to, the only other one that competes is in willow Grove mall in willow Grove, pa. The staff knows their games and if they don't know something, don't try to pretend they do. I almost never go to the other 2 stores in dothan. I love this store abs the staff that makes it so great

Love this Gamestop there are a few amazing people that work there, they always are helpful to me and they even remember my 2 year old little girl! I only go to this Gamestop. They are the best!!

Had a great experience. Took my 9 year to get some games for his birthday!!! Jacob was AUsome with recommendations... Also, reupped my PowerUp Pro membership...

They have some great deals this week for spring break. All games that are $9.99 and under are 4 for $20. So it is basically, buy 2 get 2 free!

For under 40 bucks my 9 yr old left with a pre owned game, cubic block and a vbucks card!

Always a nice place to visit, they are very nice and helpful and make sure that you get all your discounts.

Love buying there used games well worth it when they have buy 2 get 1 free if you have a rewards card with them you save even more.

Really sweet person was helping me and actually explained me regarding few games I inquired about. Don't be hesitant to ask him questions regarding the games.

Put it simple this place was really enjoyable visiting it, there was nice people there, it was clean, and they gave good advice on games to buy

The young man behind the counter was very kind and helpful. My son used like ten giftcards to pay for his game.
