Didn't have the traditional "big box store" experience! Macey & Angelica are AMAZING! They answered ALL our questions. Definitely received superb customer service with that local small town feel when purchasing our washer dryer combo!

Did an online order, when I came to pick it up I realized I had messed up my order. Jessica helped me fix my mess up. She stayed patient with me and was pleasant all the way through loading my items in my vehicle (in the rain) I’m definitely a customer for life. Was a very nice experience.

I have to brag on one of your employees. His name is Alek. He had to cut some plexiglass for me and the positioning and cutting was very awkward and cumbersome as the sheet was too long to fit in the saw. He was so patient and considerate. I tried to tip him and he refused. He said it was his job. This type of employee is hard to find and should be regarded as above average and appreciated. Thank you again, Alek.

David J. and associates at the Dothan Alabama Ross Clark Circle Lowe’s location whom works in management & public relations assisted my wife and I with an issue with a Lowe’s gift card. David gave us stellar service and quickly resolved our issue. We’re very pleased and satisfied.

I stopped by here after a Doctor's appointment. I eaz looking for some herbs to plant. I found way more than I was expecting. I got herbs, tropical trees, some fruit plants & one fruit tree. They also had an array of holiday decorations. For Christmas!! Already! They had some Halloween stuff left also. It was a fun quick stop. Easy in and out.

Mason in the paint department was very informative and helpful. He even remembered me on my next visit and was happy to hear how well my project turned out!!! Awesome guy!

My husband and I visited your store on July 25, 2023. We enjoyed looking for things to remodel our home. We were there right around 3 PM. I am writing this review to ask you to PLEASE look at your security cameras to identify an employee of yours. I am about blind as a bat and couldn't read his name tag. He was a taller white gentleman...We were VERY impressed with his customer service. We were looking at the screen doors and he asked if he could help us in any way. He DEEPLY TOUCHED MY HEART when we told him we were just looking and he replied with, "Thank you for shopping at Lowe's!." Customer service of that caliber is practically unheard of these days. I hope that you will actually try to identify him and acknowledge him. I hope he is at the highest pay scale possible because he deserves it. We both have trouble doing things like that due to chronic excruciating pain and always dread walking through a large store. I also wanted to acknowledge how clean and organized your store is and to me that speaks volumes about all of your employees and management. We are looking forward to coming back in to purchase at least $8,000 worth of merchandise from y'all that we picked out. I plan on searching for him to thank him personally. I hope you will take my review seriously and actually try to identify who he is. I pray that God blesses him abundantly and that he will get the recognition he so very much deserves. Thank you for your time and hard work because it really does make a huge difference in people's shopping and or window shopping experiences. I've Never had a really Great experience at Lowe's. 90% of the time i Just walk around til i find what i need. Today was different to say the least. I needed help and the person i found his name was Dang and he we above and beyond what i was expecting. Helped me with everything i needed and gave excellent customer service. I hope this reaches his Manager He was awesome. Thank Dang for your help.
Dothan AL Ross Clark cir Lowe's!!!!

Last time I shopped at this certain Lowe’s a woman named Kayla, I believe her name was, was exceptionally helpful and patient with me. She helped me make great decisions and was professional. I’ve never had such a great experience at any sort of facility but she truly made my day. I believe Lowe’s needs more workers like her.

They had exactly what I was looking for. Always well stocked. I didn't need assistance this visit so it was in and out and I can appreciate not having the wait in line.

I always love going to Lowe's. I saved quite a bit today. The checkout lady was extremely nice and helpful.

Great staff and great selection of items to buy.

I have bought a lot of stuff from Lowes over the past few years, basically built two houses with materials from here.

People are always ready to help with solutions and I always find something I "need" when I go in.

Stol by and pick up a few things for the garden or a new built it project, you will be happy you did.

Angelica, (Manager/Supervisor) showed extreme competent, effort, patience, and dedication with assisting me with ALL my home shopping needs. A SUPERSTAR! I am happy you are newly working at the Dothan location. Also a big shout out to the cashier, Ms. Lizzie, a dutiful and timely cashier.
