Fries where fresh nuggets were cold though but over all a good service

This store does a great breakfast business and always gets my order right and quickly.

Food was hot and tasted excellent. The window crew was friendly and polite

Best McDonald's I have ever been to!

The new crew is killing it. No pun intended lol but realy the new management is great. Service has been great for about a month now. If it wasn't management maybe it's the new crew either way I bet drive through times have picked up and less complaints. I show up at 5 am sharp all the time and the morning crew is awesome. Whomever is on that headset makes my day ,very upbeat. Thanks guys

This was the best fast food experience that my family has ever had. We had breakfast there today. The lady that took our order was the nicest fast food employee that I have ever meet. She talked to our famiy and cut up with our children. She even brought all our food to the table. If we lived in this town we would definitely be going back. I wished I would gotten her name.

Had a great experience at a McDonald's... is maybe something you wouldn't expect that often, but to start things off with our order... A quick process considering the new automated ordering systems are still new to this location. All of the staff were full on deck helping every customer with questions and showing them the new ropes!! Got our order quickly and was just right! Plain and simple.

I went for breakfast this morning at the 619 w main location and left in tears. I was greeted promptly and order was taken with contagious joy, my order was correct and the line moved swiftly. The spirit of excellence ran throughout the restaurant, this was truly "serving smiles". I left over joyed and so very proud of the staff there. The food even taste better. This is the type of employees that makes any business successful, I hope this company recognizes that. It will be their strength and prayers that keeps this business afloat. Well done #4743. Flipping more than just burgers. And no I don't work for the company nor does any of my family or friends.

Appreciated the fast service and restaurant was clean, my daughter was served before me with her kids meal ,who began eating at an available table immediately.

The representative at the 'pay here' drive-thru this morning around 10:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m. is what every restaurant needs! She was so kind but quick and efficient. She is like this Every time we see her. Just added a whole bunch of 'good feels' to an otherwise stressful morning. Food was hot and fresh, too. :)

I dont often leave reviews for mcdonalds.. this one was very impressive this morning. The entire staff was friendly, the restaurant inside and out was very well kept. It was very visible the team here was in synch with each other. Food was very fresh and the staff all were following the correct sanitary guidlines from what could be seen. I will go out of my way to come back to this one in particular.

Lady working counter was fab. Wish I had been more intentional about getting her name (Monday 11/23/20 @12 noon). She was friendly, professional, helpful and spot-on with remembering what the order was & who ordered it WITHOUT looking at the monitor. I'm lovin' it

There's this one person there I wanna say her name is Courtney. I always see here there in the morning time then again after that. Seems to me she's a good person who's willing to work over her hours and not complain she deserves a good raise.

The morning order taker is the best. She will cheer you up and start your day off right. Never knew anyone to be any happier than this gal! She is great...

Shake was pretty damn good and enjoyed playing some music for the employees to jam out to lol

Fast with very good service. Great McDonald's quality. Excellent iced tea. You can order "cut tea" if you want half sweet and half unsweetened mixed to reduce sugar intake.

Love this place.. always friendly.. and from the areas I see always clean.. never gets my order wrong.. and some say I'm too picky 😉

This is my favorite fast food restaurant to visit! Their staff is friendly, fast, and make the experience enjoyable. This is the only McDonalds I will visit in Dothan, and my kids beg to stop by just to see the sweet people at the drive-thru. My only complaint is that they go back to the plastic large drink cups. The paper cups are flimsy, and just today, the top popped off of my cup, spilling Diet Coke all over me and my car.

Good food, friendly staff, well maintained lobby.
