I a always enjoy shopping at Kohl's. Their dresses and shirts for women are always very beautiful I tried to catch them went on sale. They have housewares men's jewelry children's. It's a fantastic store.

Great customer service and awesome prices. Clothing is up to date and the store was very Clean and organized.

While I was at Kohl’s, I came in contact with Britney and Havanna two really great employees who took the time with me didn’t get upset solved my issues. I found the store to be really clean and the other employees to be really pleasant if you haven’t gone there you should really try and go.

If you go to Sephora, please ask for Lisa. You won’t be sorry. She is amazing.

The Dothan Kohl’s is a great place to shop because of the overwhelming friendliness and helpfulness given in the service by the employees.

This is hands down my favorite store to shop at. With the clearance and the constant sales they have on top of clearance and then you earn 10 bucks kohls cash for every 50 you spend plus rewards on the dollar that turn into additional kohls cash....I mean my receipt will be like spent $40 saved $300 most times....can't go wrong with those prices...on good quality store brand and name brand items!!!

I was in this location to pick up an online order. Despite waiting a minute or so for someone to come to the counter, I received excellent attention. The associate that took care of me was extremely friendly and even complimented my purchase (a handbag I'd gotten myself as a gift). She cracked me up. Other associates in the store greeted me and offered assistance. These folks understand customer service. Top notch!

Amari or as her name tag says Mari is a great friendly face to this store (Kohls Dothan, AL) and she did her best to help me find what I was looking for and also to save me money when checking out. She is fantastic and wish more retailers had someone like her working for them.

Black Friday success. Wow Kohls finally has figured out how to conquer the lines on this busy day!!!! Granted they finally had a cashier at every register all at one time, but kudos on the speed of the lines.

Kohl’s department store has some wonderful clearance sales going on different products such as clothes for kids, bathroom towels, comforters sets etc.
