My husband and I just moved out in the area a year ago and this particular store was extremely helpful and polite. Everyone wanted to help, the store was organized, clean, and the whole team was professional.

Truly outstanding customer service that one would not at all expect from a big box store. Several months ago I came in to purchase a crossbow that was on sale online. When I found the crossbow in store marked at a higher price they gladly adjusted their price to the online price. When I had an issue with that product months later I called the store and several people jumped through multiple hoops to get me information to help me get my warranty squared away.

Such a pleasure to get good customer service these days. Made a special request to the manager, she approved it when she certainly did not have to. Two men loaded the car with great attitudes, very courteous. Both happily received a gospel tract and a short word on faith in Jesus Christ. Just an all around pleasurable visit. These kind of folks make me love Alabama!

Great sale onyoga pants.

I went there on a Sunday when other places were closed. But I found my 11 and a half quadruple E running shoes. At first there was no help but I found a button that said push if you need help. I push it. After a few minutes I left being a happy camper

My husband has been looking for weights for months. We happened to stop in and somebody checked in the back for us and there was a set!! It was like Christmas for him. I’m blanking on the employees name but he was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

They have a wonderful customer service in Dothan. We got our kayak's picked out and they got them loaded for us with a breeze, Griffin made it a smooth experience, we will definitely be back!!!

Nice clean store and in a good location. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have several racks full of clearance clothing that is marked wayyyy down. A very big selection of clothing and outdoors and sports equipment to choose from.

very good customer service I ordered curbside they had my order out within 5 minutes and when they realized my basketball did not have much air in it they turned right back around went inside aired up for me and brought it back out promptly. The young man was very polite I highly recommend shopping here.

Friendly staff, Store Manager Lee went way above & beyond what was necessary to be helpful, answer questions, find the best deal for me. Customer Service is obviously top priority in this store. Highly recommended.

Easy to find what I need. Often my husband and I come in and we're out in about 10-20 minutes with what we need. We power lift together and they usually have what we want.
