This company received 2 iPhones from me on Jan 22 (receipt confirmed by them), but I have no payment 3 weeks later. Think twice before ‘selling’ (giving?) them yr old phone.

Finally got my check. I would up my rating except this company fails in communication skills.

Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to trade in an ipad, they sent it back more damaged than before with no reasoning or communication. Tried calling and emailing multiple times to 'customer service' throughout the process and never heard a single things back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR SERVICE

Sent them my phone, after waiting 2 weeks was told "The quote expired and we are not able to accept the phone anymore." Don't waste your time with these guys. 🚮
