I’m over the moon with how I was treated by Chris! I was referred to him by my foot doctor with a whole host of foot, leg, knee and back issues. Chris Listened so intently to me and helped me address every single tiny detail. He even listened to questions and helped me with a pair of slippers to take some of the burden off my feet while walking around the house. I’m so happy and excited to wear my new shoes. Looking forward to taking my daughters for new shoes too. Glad to support small business

This place is outstanding. They understand all important things about your feet whether they be healthy feet-or you have other issues such as plantar fasciitis or bad knees. Really a great place. A great place for true athletes or regular folks. Cat was out expert and we all left happy!

They are not just trying to sell shoes; they are helping people! I was amazed at the time the associates spent with me! They thoughtfully assessed the needs of my feet to determine the best supportive walking shoes that would also accommodate my ankle brace. With PTTD (tendon dysfunction in my arch), I cannot wear just "any" shoe. I needed some knowledgeable guidance, and I certainly came to the right place! I appreciated the time and help given to me in a way that did not make me feel rushed. I now have a great pair of walking shoes that properly fit and support my feet all day. Thank you, Keystone! From the atmosphere to the technology and expertise to the warm, inviting staff I cannot recommend Keystone more highly! It was so easy to understand the evaluation and trust the staff, the pricing is standard for shoes but great for other clothing and accessories. I won't be going anywhere else for in store help and purchases.

Keystone Running Store, Chris Schmidt and his staff are experts in finding the correct shoe. I have very wide feet, and they find the right air for me every time. I have had the shoes pictured below for a few weeks and I finally took them for a run on the D&L tonight.

Recommended to me by my back doctor. Great friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating staff. Makes sure you get the right fit for your specific foot type. They will even let you try running with the shoes outside of the store. When my back doctor recommended wedges and lifts to correct my back issues, the staff provided them to me free of charge without a purchase. They truly are passionate.

Called yesterday to confirm stock. Drove 1 hour and a half hours to try on VJ shoes. They were all so friendly n helpful. They held the VJ’s that I had asked for and even made sure of the fit.. No one really does that anymore..They really do pay attention to the little things.. Felt like home.. Thankyou guys. Great store, great people, and a great experience.. Did I mention; even gave me a discount.. Will do the trip again….

Family member has deformed foot. The owner,( I think,) is WONDERFUL. SHE HAD SEVERAL CUSTOMERS at one time! She was so kind, polite, and wanted to know their needs. She spent alot of time with all of us! While one gal tried out her shoes, the owner spent time sizing the next and checking out the first. All with a smile! And her EXPERT FITTING, knowlegde of customer needs were her priority!

I brought my son there who has a very narrow foot and has just overall been very hard to fit for shoes in every sport. They were awesome, friendly, and took the time to size and fit him properly. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. Also who doesn't love 2 of the friendliest, sweetest dogs in the world. Will definitely be returning for cross country shoes in the summer. We had a great experience.

Great store. Great staff. I went into Keystone Running Store hoping to find a good pair of shoes. I explained that my feet constantly hurt and that I wear my shoes for at least 12 hours a day. We sat down, talked a little bit, they measured my foot and found that the shoes I've been wearing for years are actually the wrong size for me. After trying on several pairs I found ones that were very comfortable and within a week of wearing them the foot pain had virtually disappeared, mainly because I was wearing the wrong size shoe.The Xelero shoes are amazingly comfortable and have been holding up very well. I definitely would recommend the Keystone Running Store to anyone looking for a great shoe. The staff made sure that I left with the proper shoe and the correct size. Thanks guys.

My left foot had been bothering me. My foot doctor recommended Keystone Running Store. Costumer service was superb. They took their time with me and fitted me with a wonderful shoe. My foot is much better. I have been back several times for more shoes. This is my store for shoes from now on! I have been recommending this store to many people.

I am not a runner but I stand all day for work & a friend told me that Keystone will custom fit you. I was intrigued! I had a fabulous experience. The helpful gal watched how I walk in socks then brought out 3 pairs of sneakers that would be appropriate for my gait. After trying all 3 & comparing them, I made a decision. I also left with a super comfy pair of flip flops! Great customer service! I will return.

Great service! I started running regularly for the first time during the shut down, and noticed some knee pain. I decided to upgrade my shoes and called to schedule a fitting. They had time that day, the store was very clean, and hand sanitizer was available right at the front door. Staff were all wearing masks which is much appreciated. Three different pairs were recommended and I'm so happy with the pair I settled on; I've been in them about a week now and my runs feel so much better. Excellent expertise and a lovely experience all-around!

Fantastic experience. I’ve been running for a long time and always bought whatever cheap kicks were on sale at a department store, but from now on I am a Keystone customer! The two ladies that helped me took care to recommend specific shoes for my running style and I went the Topo Ultrafly 3, a brand I’d never heard of. Also recommended the merino wool socks which are fabulous. I couldn’t be happier. I have 30 miles on them and they’re amazing. Can’t believe I waited this long to go to a real running shoe store. Great pricing. Keep up the great work and awesome customer service!!

I went in looking for new shoes and some other running gear and Cat was so incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. After evaluating my foot mechanics she picked out a pair for me to try and they were by far the BEST I've used in a while. She was patient to answer other questions I had and was so friendly. I will be sure to shop again in the near future! Hands down, best running store in the valley.

I took up walking during the pandemic and quickly became obsessed with doing about 3 miles a day, 7 days a week. I didn't know I needed good sneakers until I developed plantar fasciitis - oops. After my treatment, my friend brought me to Keystone and Ed was super helpful in finding me the right shoe. He asked about my habits and preferences, watched me walk, and picked out a few different styles for me to try. The shoe I bought is so comfortable and supportive, fits my custom insoles, and even has accents in my favorite color. It was a relief to have someone with expertise help me take the best care of myself so I can keep enjoying my new hobby.
