I went to pick up a PlayStation controller for my brother’s PS5. The manager, Jason, was currently working and quickly helped me find one. I plan on purchasing a PS5 in the future and he walked me through many different deals that GameStop offers. He was also very knowledgeable about games and software for many different consoles. There are many store-specific sales for merchandise as well, including t-shirts, hoodies, and amiibos. I ended up walking out with some Tears of the Kingdom merchandise, since it is one of my favorite games.
I’ve frequented this GameStop for many years and haven’t had any bad experiences that come to mine. The events they host, especially midnight releases, are always very fun. If you’re looking to buy physical games, I highly recommend this GameStop and often go out of my way to visit rather than have games shipped to my house, which he explained is also an option, though I prefer to browse the store.

The new manager, Chad, provided excellent customer service with an issue I had at another GameStop. He solved the problem and gave pristine customer service that you don’t see very often. I highly recommend this location and commend the newly appointed manager. Thank you Chad!

The gentleman working there has very great customer service I had trouble getting my card to work. he held the merchandise for me as I went to Walmart to try and purchase the same items. I called the bank and got a new pin for my card. I went back to GameStop and the gentleman behind the counter helped me with everything very excellent customer service. I'm definitely going to be back there and I highly recommend everyone else go here for all you're gaming needs. Thank you GAMESTOP

Pre ordered birthday present for my grandson to take to a party today. Pu was quite quick and easy. Employee was very pleasant.

Bought 5 Pokemon Lost Origin boosters today and pulled 1 Vmax, a V, and a TG Pikachu. My best pulls to date from only 5 packs. Everywhere else is completely cleaned out in my area, so I'm happy.

I went here on Black Friday so trust me it was chaos, but the workers here are fantastic! I called them first to see if they had whatever I wanted in stock and the gentleman who helped me out was great and answered my questions fast. When I went to checkout at the store, I had this awesome cashier by the name of Becca I believe (Hopefully that's right). She was amazing and she walked me through a lot and explained things to me in very thorough detail and she got me to buy a warranty and also a better GameStop account so she is a very good salesperson as well! I will definitely come back here again, especially with such good service on the busiest day of the year.

We stopped by to trade in some equipment. Devin was knowledgeable, helpful and refreshingly honest. Not sure who these other reviewers worked with, but we'd go back and deal with Devin any day! Thumbs up to his customer service! Thank you.

Bought a couple of games which are already used. They did work for me and well i got them at a good price. Wide variety of games and the staff are pretty nice. You can order it online and can be picked by the time you reach there. The accessories are also available for gaming.

My son loves this store. The staff is always super knowledgeable and is ready for any questions you have about any of the games.
