Today I had a very good experience at this AT&T location , the lady it was very helpful and very nice she help me get a IPOD for my daughter and even set up for me , thank you very much! And she was very patience as well . Thank you !!

Brian was phenomenal!! He helped my mother and I with all the needs my mother had regarding her phone and plan. He let us know all our options with zero pressure. By the end, he was able to get her upgraded and update her plan and made this process seamless for her!! He was great to work with and we appreciate his great customer service!!

I went to this location with a good friend because he lost his phone. Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he helped my friend out in the best way possible in the most convenient amount of time! Brian got him a brand new iPhone 13 and even helped him set it up!! He answered every single question we had with ease, and explained any charges he was gonna be paying for on a monthly basis. I don’t have AT&T but after the customer service I saw today, I am definitely going to be switching to you guys soon!

Ben and James were amazing to work with today. They help my family get new phones, set up and put some awesome extras on our phone. Even kept us hydrated! We had a wonderful time getting to know these two great guys and made doing all this a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back for any of our phone needs! If you need some help I advise you to go to this AT&T store next to Walmart.

Can not say enough good things about my customer experience with Josh @ the Trexlertown PA store . I came ‘ loaded for bear ‘ as ALL of my previous phone store experiences have been horrific - ie; tell me I have “ best deal “ and find out I don’t , constantly trying to sell me extras - security services Fitbits etc , long waits and people talking over me level of knowledge . Josh heard me out then assured me that he could help me and he did . He even helped my husband who came along to a new phone as well but no pressure just helpful explanation of features and benefits . Josh followed up re; how I was enjoying my new phone and is overall a very pleasant young man . I was highly satisfied working with him and by far he provided the best service of any employee AT&T and Verizon who I was so frustrated with that I left them for AT&T. Thanks Josh - your company is lucky to have you as are the future customers you will serve.

I recently had THE MOST frustrating experience with ATT. The manager James at this store witnessed what I was saying was true and advocated for me with corporate and they still denied me a refund for something I should have received. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to get the situation fixed for me after months of calling corporate about the same issue. I am very grateful to James for his kindness, patience and excellent customer service!!!!!

Great customer service and good at what they do. Kept at it until the problems were completely solved. I left with a smile on my face. This will be my go-to place for help with my AT&T wireless devices. James and Ben were great help. 👍

Brought my new iPhone 13 to the store to get help in setting it up. Unfortunately it was not as routine as it should have been .James the retail manager was phenomenal. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in setting up my phone. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Chris the manager and his employee Matt were outstanding at a recent visit to upgrade a phone. They were very knowledgeable and helped me get new phones fort parents. They were extremely helpful in getting the bet deal for the types of phones they wanted plus any accessories they needed. It was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store.
