Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My paint rep is awesome, the managers and associates that work at the store are the best. They are polite, knowledgable, and always helpful.

I was there this past Sunday afternoon, and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady working behind the counter. I was very impressed with her knowledge of paint and fantastic demeanor. It’s customer service like this that keeps people coming back to stores to make local purchases. I will be returning soon to get the paint for my ceilings based on the employee’s great recommendation. The store is in a great location, and would be worth a few extra miles on the drive to shop there. That day was the first time I ever set foot in a Sherwin-Williams location, but will now make it my go to store for my paint needs.

I ordered paint online and indicated it could wait two days to pick it up. A couple hours later I received an email saying order was ready. Called when I arrived. Sales person answered promptly and explained she was finishing up with a customer. I was fine with waiting. Short time later she delivered my paint to my car.

I came in about 15 minutes before closing and Katlyn couldn’t have had a better attitude. I was in and out I. 10 minutes thanks to Katlyns guidance and knowledge.

I went in knowing the color I wanted but not the best paint for my difficult application. Brooke ROCKED! Gave me suggestions and waited for me to decide. If you want good paint and a greater shopping experience go to Sherwin Williams Macungie

This store has a great selection of colors to choose from and also does a great job color matching to any color in the room your working with. Sales associate Brooke was a huge help with this..

Macungie store is very clean with knowledgeable staff. SW paint works better than Behr. It covers better and less runny.
