Wawa

This Wawa is fantastic. They always get the order right, The staff is very pleasant and they go the extra mile. When you order in the app, they actually put utensils and a napkin in your bag.

Never had any issues with this location. Good quality food, always correct as far as the order goes. One time I got a frozen lemonade and by the time I paid it was half melted. Drink maker noticed as I was picking it up, apologized and remade the drink for me without me even saying anything.

I placed a mobile order and it was cancelled but I was still charged. The manager, I believe his name was Chris, was very understanding and helped me to get my order with no issues! Wonderful service here. The cashiers and people making the food/drinks are friendly as well!

Usually pretty busy place! The staff is friendly and definitely keeps up with all the customer needs. Great deli and the burgers are pretty decent. Great job to the staff there, I never had a bad experience.

Nice place to get gas or grab a bite to eat from.. The staff has great customer service and was very friendly towards me. It looks very clean and the shelves we're stocked full. The sandwich and check-out lines are always minimum to no traffic at all.. The best thing about coming here is that it's always empty compared to the Wawa a few miles away in Allentown right off of i78. Its always jam packed over there, especially around lunch time.

Great Wawa coffee is first. Big savings on cigarettes, when you buy 2 packs with your free Wawa rewards card.

I visit this Wawa every weekday as it is convenient to where I work and I am totally addicted to the Iced Creme Brule coffee. Yesterday I placed my usualy order and noticed it tasted a little different, good, but different. This morning when I went in and placed my order, the young lady that is usually back there came running after me to tell me she made my coffee wrong yesterday and todays coffee was on her. Outstanding service!! Wawa in Macungie, PA...YOU ROCK!!! The team you have at this store is absolutely amazing. Shout out to Mary Kate, thank you!! Most places don't go above and beyond like you did this morning!! Keep up the good work!!

I may be coming back to this wawa, bc the new one at my corner cant seem to get the hoagies right. Macungie wawa is the best, for yrs all their food is perfected and always very helpful.

WaWa is by far the greatest convenience store on the East Coast.
They are always attentive and friendly.
This particular WaWa is very customer friendly.
The coffee, espresso based drinks and smoothies are above average and the made to order breakfast, lunch and dinner items are very delicious.
One thing I would recommend they do is always give the customer a receipt without asking.
You never get a receipt unless you ask.
This policy should be changed.
I love the WaWa app and use it all the time.
They need to tweak the app a little as it is sometimes slow and could be a bit more intuitive.
Using the app gives you free food items after a certain amount is spent . They give you the free gift as a “reward” in your inbox on the app but if you don’t claim it within so many days (not many),
They take it away and you lose your reward.
This is not very customer friendly and I think WaWa needs to re-examine this policy.
I think WaWa is much better than this!
Overall, they are # 1 in my estimation.
Went here this week for the “Sizzlie” Breakfast Sandwich 2 for $3.33 deal!

Also had the hot Pumpkin coffee and was pleasantly surprised.

Got the WaWa urge this morning.
Bought the 2fer deal on the Sizzlie breakfast sandwich. Breakfast for me and my wife for $3.33. It’s a bargain that can’t be beat!

You will never find a better Wawa. Walking into this store is like walking into a home away from home. I have never seen an employee with a bad attitude. In fact, I have only ever been treated like family.

This is THE BEST Wawa EVER! Everything is always perfect. Employees friendly & smiling. Good tunes! For more than 10 years, always a great experience!

Who doesn't like a Wawa?

Wawa is the best. Clean. Great food whether you order or get pre-made. Gas prices brought competitors prices down.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy on/off from Rt. 100, and the food is always fresh. I find myself going to this store more and more over conventional stores.

You really can't say anything bad about Wawa. The gas prices are great the food is great the people who work there and great overall this was probably one of the best I've been to.

The curbside people are the sweetest. Always friendly and love when my puppy comes with me.
