Soccer Village

Ordered incredibly difficult to find cleats via their online store… amazing selection, accurate inventory system and easy to shop . The very friendly online rep even transferred me to to the Cleveland store, which had the cleats, so I could be absolutely sure about the order and the shipping details. Spoke with Nick there who was just awesome! My order arrived early! I highly recommend Soccer Village wherever you are in the country. ⚽

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is amazing. Cutting edge with design with indoor test area. Have not seen anything close to this and prices were very reasonable. My 5 year old didn't want to leave since he was having fun in the test area but he walked out a happy kid. Highly recommend Soccer village

Exactly what you would expect from store name. Nice selection in everything soccer from shoes, accessories, balls, etc. Nice little bonus is a kicking ring inside my son loved while I conducted the shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome store and staff! I went there to grab a new pair of boots after my old ones tore and I didn’t know which ones to get. Thankfully, a tall lad named Liam helped me find the right boots and right size, and I’m very satisfied with my new ones as of now. Liam was a very kind hearted lad and deserves a raise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for soccer gear.

I’m very pleased with the service at Soccer village. A handsome young man named Mikey helped me find the right size of puma cleats that I wanted and to all the soccer players out there, this is the store you want to go to. They have all the equipment you need for soccer and even better than that, they have a great staff too who are very knowledgeable on the items they sell (unlike Walmart).

I brought all 3 of my kids in to get gear and everyone there was great! They were so helpful and treated my kids great. Will definitely be going back again!

Beware, the priority shipping options offered are deceiving. The “next day” or “2nd day shipping” only applies after the merchandise is received in the store which takes 3-5 days. Realistically it will take 7 days to receive your merchandise, so don’t waste your money on expedited shipping. Reached out to the company and I was given some nonsense about 3-5 day processing and they refused to refund the up charge shipping charges. I placed my order on Tuesday 12/14, and it’s 8 days and still waiting to receive it. Look else where, There are plenty of other soccer stores out there.

I ordered a product through the website and then ordered the 2 day shipping as an up-charge to get the product in time for a game, 2 days came and went and never received my product. I asked for a refund of the difference in the up-charge from regular shipping rate and they refused...over a minor difference of ~$10, I guess they do not need business as they lost this customer.

I spoke to District Manager at FedEx and they said the original shipper (Soccer Village) needs to file a claim as they were the one that initiated the shipment. Also, nowhere on the Soccer Village website says (disclaimer) that when you pay the extra fee to ship something faster, even though you pay the extra amount.

After a phone call to my FedEx rep, I got the shipment hand delivered to me at 1pm today after 3 days, instead of the 2 day I paid for...again, reiterated that the original shipper who also was charged a rate of 2 day needs to file a claim, because FedEx stands behind their business and they messed up, so if Soccer Village would file a claim, they would get billed a lower rate for the shipment, but since companies make money off of a customer when you request anything other than free shipping, they would save while you still spent the extra money to get it in 2 days.

As I said, I am done with Soccer Village, there are plenty of other soccer stores out there.
