Jerell is amazing! He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made the process of switching phones fun with his sense of humor and kindness. I typically dread going into a Verizon store...not this one!

Jerell is AWESOME...kind, patient and answered all my questions. This young man deserves a RAISE. Found a phone for me that was a little more than what I wanted to spend but I went with it. Told me to come back or call if I had any problems or more questions. I hate buying new phones and then having to learn all the new technology that goes with it but Jerell made the process easier! There's two guys that work there that are just phenomenal when it comes to customer service, even helped us with a issue unrelated that we honestly couldn't figure out. I will definitely go back to this store because of the service I received.

Jerell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to walking my grandmother through her phone set up. He was beyond patient and more than willing to show her how to use her phone. I stopped in at the store and Jay greeted me right away. I wanted to switch from one carrier to Verizon. Jay was very patient, professional and knowledgeable while helping me. My switch over was from an ATT third party carrier and not your typical switch. Jay was able to solve the switching issue and I was able to keep my cellphone number. I came into the store needing help. I just bought a phone recently but I had issues with calls. A nice gentleman named Jay helped me get back on track and gave me a good discount too I will be coming back now and avoid the mall
