T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My first visit to this store , I was looking for wireless home Internet as I had been reading a lot about it. Tony assisted me almost immediately , he was very knowledgeable about the product and easily answered my questions as I was double checking what I had read on the Internet. I was in the store roughly 15 minutes total and left with the item I had gone in for ... all set up and ready to go.
I had no problems when I got home and everything was fine.
I intend to go back to this location in the near future when I'm ready to switch my phone service. I highly recommend the location based on my pleasant experience with Tony. I can only assume that the other employees are just as good.

Was making the switch from another carrier and it was a process because of all the lines but Alexa was awesome! She helped us with everything from start to finish and made the whole thing as easy as possible and helped us with all our questions (we had a lot!). 12/10 would recommend this store because of her!

Had a great experience, Anthony was amazing he knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to help me and he was helping 3 other customers at the same time. He welcomed everyone that entered the store no matter how busy he was. He was kind, polite and knowledgeable.

Joe who I believe is the manager is a rock star at his job. I had a billing issue and thought I would be in the store for hours Joe fixed me up in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend visiting Joe at T-mobile if making a switch. Thanks Joe see you again.

I decided to change carriers a few weeks ago, after receiving information from another t mobile store. I returned today to that store on Broadway, and was “helped” by Derrick. I asked my questions and he proceeded to look up some information, I thought. Meanwhile , another associate was speaking with me and while I was waiting on Derrick, thinking he was helping me, he proceeded to say I’m sorry I zoned out and was reading a text from Steve. I decided to leave and went to this store at village west where I was greeted by Mickyla. I was already overwhelmed because two of the phones I needed switched were not with me. She was EXTREMELY helpful. She even looked up phone numbers so I could unfreeze my credit accounts. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She wrote everything out for me, and even once I went home she helped me get my son, who is in the military stationed in Germany, hooked up!
I highly recommend this location as well as recommend giving Mckyla a raise!!! I am so glad I went to this location.

I highly recommend coming to this T-Mobile store. I was greeted and helped by Mickyla, this was my first time opening a plan for myself and she was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns or questions I had, she answered it gracefully. She wrote everything down for me and explained the process. I highly recommend coming to this T-Mobile store with great customer service! I would like to leave a review of a sell representative at store #808 the representatives name is Yobeli. She was awesome. She was all by herself at the store, she had five customers that came in almost all at once she took care of all of us all by herself and never got overwhelmed. I was very impressed with her and would like to see that she is recognized for her outstanding service.

We’ve been T-Mobile customers for a few years and used to go to the store at the Promenade location. That’s where we first encountered Mickyla, who helped us upgrade two phones on our account and even continued to work with us after the store closed. When we had some billing issues months later, we learned that Mickyla moved to another location. We were able to locate her at Village West, where she remembers us and remains as patient, kind and helpful as when we first met her. T-Mobile - you have a gem in Mickyla, and I hope you appreciate her as much as we do!

Great service, Mickyla was extremely helpful and knowledgable with all technical aspects, helped us change over our accounts and helped us troubleshoot our account access. She had all the answers, was correct on all of them, and also gave wonderful customer service, great attitude, calming presence and knowledgable and supportive.

Great experience from start to finish. Mickyla and her team are very knowledgeable and efficient, especially with the volume of calls and people they are handling at once. All of the ladies were quite pleasant, too. Would recommend for anyone looking to switch to Tmobile or already with Tmobile.

I visited this place on Jan 24th after dealing with a slow phone with slow service from another mobile carrier. I decided to visit this dealer after searching around for one with a good review. Boy, am I glad I chose this place!!! Mickyla and Anthony popped up in multiple positive reviews and I was lucky to have them assist me. They are efficient, professional and personable to interact with. I am beyond satisfied with their customer service along with the service of Tmobile. Mickyla service was exceptional and she was very attentive. She was patience and kind and share entails of my device that I wasn't aware of. I will strongly recommend Mickyla.

The employees there try their best with what they have. I was having an issues with my phone not receiving texts and requiring restart constantly. The T-Mobile IT Phone team did not help them at all and just wanted to leave me without a phone for 4 days. Richard was able to resolve the problem himself on the second visit.

Mickyla is the best, very courteous and helpful!!!! She's the only person I'm dealing with at T-Mobile from now on! Caitlyn was awesome also!!

Mickyla is AMAZING I literally went to 2 other stores for a total of 8 hours and the guys could not figure out how to get me watch !! I went into this store and was out of there in 5 mins !! She’s fantastic , thank you girl !!!

Had a Problem with my billing and Joe took care of it. He was awesome, he's a great manager. I would always come back to him.

I don't even have a T-mobile phone but stopped in with my friend Mickyla & Eliesha both women were enthusiastic and fun they gave an A + customer service and their interactions with us and customer was outstanding.

Mickyla was wonderful, so patient and kind and was a great troubleshooter for my problem. She is truly an asset to your organization, and I would always ask for her in the future.
