The store has a welcoming atmosphere. Kevin, the manager and Roger are always helpful and professional. Saturday events are fun and exciting. And the game themed days make learning a new game stress free! 10/10

I had the pleasure of meeting Roger, a truly exceptional sales associate at the Warhammer store. From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming demeanor immediately let us know we were in good hands. He went above and beyond to provide assistance and guidance, and his knowledge of the Warhammer universe was truly impressive.
A total godsend for my husband and me, total newcomers to the hobby! He patiently walked us through the options, helped us pick the perfect sets, and even gave us beginner tips. Super knowledgeable and was able to provide us a 'new player painting course' on the spot - which personally was one of the coolest things I've done in a long time... - so thank you Roger!

Our journey into the Warhammer hobby started on the right foot. We couldn't be happier with our purchases, and it's all thanks to his expertise and exceptional customer service.

Friendly staff and well versed and knowledgeable in Warhammer and anything you may need in terms of model building/painting. They do have an online store as well, though the physical location is amazing as well. They do have varied hours for the rest of October and I posted them below for anyone who needs it!

Excellent selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am returning to the hobby after more than a decade and they were super helpful with advice on how to get started again.

Edit in 2024: my favorite LGS. Super awesome staff. Since I recently reviewed another location in DE, I wanted to give a shout-out to the folks here at my local store. Stopped in around the holidays to buy some painting supplies and was offered great advice and super friendly service. Looking forward to going back and learning to play so I can expand my interest in the Warhammer hobby!

Today was my first visit to the store and I couldn't have had a better experience! The manager Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, inviting and observed strict Covid-19 protocols.

The store was well merchandised and spotless. Easily the most professional hobby store I've ever been inside.

Kevin informed me of a great deal they had on paints and even gave me a free warhammer model for it being my first time in the store.

He took the time to discuss painting techniques with me as well just talk shop about Blood Bowl. Customer service is a lost art these days and doubly so in hobby shops.

I have been long looking for a shop to call my local shop and despite it being nearly an hour from my home I'll gladly take the time and drive there because today Kevin earned a customer for life.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just started playing and they were eager to explain everything I needed to know. Cannot wait to return.

Let me just say, this store is amazing! I am brand new to the warhammer franchise, and even though I knew nothing about what I was looking for or doing to start, Kevin, the manager made me feel like I have always been into warhammer.
He was very friendly and helpful in figuring out where I wanted to start and how I wanted to go about building my first minis, and even offered for me to come back and teach me how to play the table top game!
If you have an interest in warhammer or want to start building/painting minis, Kevin at Warhammer Allentown is your man! I'm definitely making this my go to hobby store

These guys are always helpful when you need something. If you have a question they will answer it. They also provided my daughter and I with a free mini and painting tutorial. Overall A+ experience. Shout out to Kevin and Ethan both for being excellent brand ambassadors.

2023 update. They seemed to really take the feedback to heart.

They hired another person to help Kevin out. The hours are more flexible. They are even open 7 days now!

Great place, great team. An excellent place to come play a game, paint a model, pick up a new set or learn skills from others!

I had been to the store once or twice before for a small purchase but yesterday I wanted to learn how to play 40K. Kevin took the time to go through a few rounds of a basic battle with me explaining everything along the way. He was very patient as I struggled with some of the rules but was always encouraging and helpful. Most importantly I left with a better understanding of the game and how to improve and learn more.

Honestly can’t say enough things about the store. I went on a Wednesday evening and there were people playing and painting. Great environment with everyone having a good time. Store is clean and has a good amount of product for all GWs games and factions. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence.

the store is amazing but the photos are not accurate as well as the phone number say the store hours are open sunday but the sign on the door says closed. =(

Store = fantastic. Kevin = fantastic. Such a Star in fact I left 5. Everyone who I’ve met there is funny, and great friends. Kevin gives great advice and makes you feel really welcome if you’re a beginner. He puts you in the right direction every time. Everyone is super encouraging. You never feel bad when you walk in and it feels less like a store and more like a place to meet great people and experience a great side of Warhammer. Would recommend to all friends and family 10/10.

Wow! What can I say. Kevin does an incredible job making you feel welcomed and valued. Very informative and up-to-date on his Warhammer product line. New players will feel at ease vs. other game stores where you are made to feel like you are intruding/interrupting. Stopping in to by a gift for someone else, he won't steer your wrong.

There are a number of gaming tables set-up with full terrain. Display cases show the work of fellow miniature painters and are great to review for inspiration. The store is somewhat small, but well laid out. Do yourself a favor and stop by to check things out and let Kevin get you started on this incredible hobby!
