Very fun staff to work with! Especially Chandler who made trading my mother and I’s phones in very seamless. Any questions we had, he made sure to figure out the answer without any hesitation.

I recently returned to AT&T for my internet, tv, and land line and was assisted by two very competent and helpful associates in the store on Six Mile in Livonia. In fact, I am writing this comment to give my sincere gratitude for them, Amber and Chandler, who have been outstanding in their customer service. They practiced exceptional patience with me in explaining the process and doing numerous extra steps to facilitate the transition for me since my situation called for some additional service. Thank you Amber and Chandler! You've been absolutely great through all this for me.

The staff at the store and on the phone were professional and very helpful. They resolved porting over my lines to ATT even though the process was made overly difficult by my prior provider

Went in & spoke with Kyle this afternoon about new phones & phone plans. I am glad we came to this location; we have been to other locations in the past & left because they were not nice / helpful. Kyle was terrific! He provided all the info we asked for, gave us some tips, & even printed it all out for us.

I am an AT&T customer but these authorized dealers are of no help ,they lie etc to make a sale,bad business model, except for Chandler at this store and his staff , new phone needed the stuff transferred he understands customer servicenot once but twice he was willing to dbuto it

Kyle H. provided excellent service when I walked in to get my phone & laptop connected correctly after the person I called made the problems worse. He was able to activate, restore, update & correct all the issues that someone else messed up. He provided excellent, expedited service in a professional manner.

I would like to share my experience with Chandler today. He was very, professional, helpful, patient and so kind. He took extra time to recover everything from my very old phone (which I thought was lost for good). My pictures of my children’s weddings, my grandchildren and most importantly photos and voice mails From my father before he passed away! For this I will be forever grateful.
