Ashley Store

On November 16, 2023 I visited the Downers Grove location and William Coleman provided me with superb service! William demonstrated a positive stance with me as a customer from the time I walked in the store until I left the store. He was very kind,patient and thorough with me. The selection William showed me gave me a lot of options. I did purchased that day, and the value of the furniture was worth it. William also gave me a discount on the purchase which was an added blessing. The entire experience was Awesome and I really appreciated it!!! Thanks William!!!

We are extremely happy with our new outdoor furniture purchase from Ashley! Bill listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick out furniture that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and helped get us a great price! On 1/30/24 we returned to the Ashley store in Lombard. We wanted to make sure we made the correct selection on the color of the recliner chair we purchased the day before.

As we were heading to the chair area we were met by a sales representative Ben Dray who offered his assistance. We told him we wanted to color match our toss pillow from our sofa at home with the chair we bought.

He walked back with us and recommended we use the flashlight on the phone to get a better look at the colors. Ben was extremely helpful and added his opinion that the chair we had purchased would match perfectly with our existing color sofa.

We commented that he must be a great sales person has he has a wonderful personality and demeanor.

I would definitely recommend both Benjamin Gonzales and Ben Dray if you need expert and knowledgeable experience.

Kudos for employing these sales professionals.

The store rep Joshua was absolutely amazing! He took his time to help me craft my living room space and my bedroom with a few nice picks. Buying new furniture for my place was becoming an bit overwhelming, but salesman like Josh give you a piece of mind knowing that they can truly help you through the process. My mother and I enjoyed our visit as a whole and we’ll be back soon for other items for my home.

We bought a couch here and the experience was great! Everyone was super nice and attentive. Mauricio helped us pick the perfect couch - he was so friendly and made the process easy peasy! Would definitely recommend!

The manager, Josh, was extremely helpful! From the time I called to seeing if they had a specific couch to the scheduling of delivery he was there every step of the way and more. He showed us so many couches and I ended up buying one that I didn’t even know about before coming in! Along with great tips for barstools, tables, etc I couldn’t have had a better experience. After picking everything out he followed up the next day to ensure that all the details were correct and answered all the questions I had. Great service and will definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful experiences in Yorktown. Stopped in just to browse for a new bed yesterday. I was approached by Bianca who asked what I was looking for. I had a general idea but nothing in particular. She gave me some guidance but also time and space to look around on my own. I also needed a new mattress so she helped me narrow my search down quickly. Even though I planned on just browsing I ended up purchasing the bed and mattress. Bianca did an amazing job of breaking down all items I was billed for including the insurance and how to use it if needed. The sales manager, JB, was also extremely helpful with setting up a repair on a previous purchase made online since I had no idea how to actually use the insurance I had paid for. I have now made purchases from Ashley both online and in store and I can’t say enough about how amazing the in store experience is. Online can be more convenient but helpfulness and knowledge of the in store staff out weighs that by far.

Bill Coleman helped us purchase new table. He was very helpful, answered all our questions, addressed our concerns, and was very patient. It was a very positive experience and we would definitely have him assist us again.

I recently bought a house and we went to Ashley furniture. As soon as we walked in we were greated by a
kind worker. He had all the answers to our questions and gave us time and space when we wanted to walk around and look at everything. We spent hours there and everyone was patient with us as we made our decisions. The managers also chimed in and helped us with promotions and discounts! We financed a lot of furniture and they made it simple. All and all this was the best experience my wife and I have had buying furniture, and this wasn't our first time!

We just purchased a new recliner couch from Ashely furniture store in Downers Grove. We were helped by Ron Casteel as sales rep. He was great, made all the process of seeing selections, narrowing down and decide very easy. He was knowledgeable, respectful and very well listed and understood our requests and opinions. He made very clear why we need a protection plan on our purchase which is a hard thing to do usually. He answered all the questions with no frustration or attitude. Loved our experience with our sales guy Ron in Ashley furniture( Downers Grove) we will definitely refer the store and sales guy to our friends and family.

Sales person introduced himself to us then let us browse freely through the store. He and his manager answered all of our questions and even provided us with a quote sheet for each set we looked at. This gave my family and I an ability to discuss among ourselves. It was a very easy and pleasurable experience. It was very easy for us to decide to purchase the living room furniture with Ashley furniture.

I went to Ashley Homestore today in Downers Grove, IL and Ron C. was my salesman. He is such a super nice man. Easy to talk to, understood my needs and found the ideal couch I’ve been looking for. It’s a gorgeous couch which will be delivered in 4 days!! I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend you ask for Ron C. to assist you!

Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a great manner to help us find what we need and explain all details including payment plans and warranty options.

My experience with Ashley Furniture was great. From the sale to delivery everyone was great ti work with. Communication was fantastic and I knew exactly when the driver would arrive. The 2 install guys were in and out in record time, cleaning up nicely.

My friend and I stopped in this store on 11/17/23 she was looking for a chair .Our sales person was Saul Valencia. I would just like to say how amazing he was dealing with a couple of senior citizens (lol) very polite, respectful and not pushy. He proceeded to tell us about the mattress sale and we told him my friend was not interested. When he was doing the paperwork for the chair my friend decided to look at the mattresses, well she ended up purchasing one.This young man deserves recognition, again he was not pushy, Nothing more annoying than a pushy salesperson. Keep up the good work Saul, you are the best.

We walked in and we're greeted by Bianca, this was the start of a terrific experience. We explained our situation and needs and we're promptly escorted around the selections with a detailed explanation and pricing at every stop. We furnished a living room and bedroom. The entire process was seamless and we were thrilled with the prices. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Second time around I ve found Ben. Thank you Ben for being awesome, willing to walk the extra mile to satisfy your customers. This person never found an excuse to not find what I was looking for. Instead he looked for every possible solution available and presented it to me.

Wow! We went to Ashley in Lombard just to “look” at some sectionals. We wound up buying a fantastic sectional couch and actually enjoyed the whole experience! Ben helped us figure out a whole new configuration which made the couch work in our space. We’ve never been in Ashley and will definitely be going back. A great experience all around.

Ben was a delight to work with. We are seniors and didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Ben walked us through a number of options with patience and understanding. We left having purchased exactly what we needed at a great price!
