This store is wonderful,clean, employees were very nice, but the furniture manager I wish I can give a10 I would. He went out of his way to resolve a problem that we had that turn out to be our fault for not checking all the peaces that really where there. Thank you so much for your cooperation and professionalism and awesome customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fun place to explore. Used to work here years ago as a Stetson student at the old location. Still good deals to be found.

My husband & I purchased an outdoor set online. When it arrived it was obviously damaged in transit. As a result, we returned it to the Deland location whereby we were credited minus handling fees. How was it that we should pay for handling of $42.59 as stated by the online department? After much dialogue Nicole contacted the Store Manager, Matt who made an exception & redeemed our faith in good business practices & credited us in full. Big Lots is lucky to have Dan, Nicole & Matt on their team! They went the extra mile in a time where the climate of making the customer happy is rare in many industries. Thank you to the team in Deland who used excellent judgment!

Great staff today who helped out when a family member needed a feminine pads. I can’t believe how great and human-center the staff was….only down part is not with the staff but with the company who chose to stay open until 9pm. That is so messed up considering that many places close by 1pm. They have no consideration for their staff to be with their family during the holidays. I hope that Management gives the staff today a bonus for them being away from the festivities. Consider that because these folks shouldn’t be putting family time to work some part time job

Great everyday deals, especially on international foods. Friendly staff. Sometimes the home goods are on sale too. I got this nice picture on sale for just $7!

My husband and I just bought a sectional from here. It was a disaster from the time we got it home. There was a big mistake made and it was tough to go through it all but, a very kind woman in customer service, the GM and the most awesome, Patti (hope it's spelled right) went above and beyond to correct the issue as best as possible and for that I'm thankful! We absolutely love our sectional and it looks beautiful in our living room! Thanks again!

This is a brand new location and much larger than their old one with better parking. Less expensive furniture and mattresses take up the largest section in the store. This area fills the center. There is a grocery area at the back. Also aisles of cleaning products and pet food. Prices on most of these items about the same as Dollar General and Wal-Mart although I did find some real bargains. Friendly check-out and good customer service.

Staff at the Deland. FL store are all friendly and professional. I visited the store with my granddaughter and great grandson. She was looking for items to decorate her new apartment. I decided to buy things to create a Easter basket for him and did not want him to see the toys. The cashier was awesome she triple bagged my purchase so the items were not noticeable.

This place is awesome. The staff is always helpful and the prices are very fair. We went during their 20% your total order sale and it was great. No need to wait for the sales because the prices are always good. This particular store just seems to be the best at attending to the customers, I have been to many Big Lots but this one is definitely the best.

This is a new store of the future Big Lots. It's super clean and organized compared to the old one on Plymouth. Much better furniture selections etc. and it's not so packed together. Much easier to shop, plus the staff and managers are very helpful.

Love this store. So happy to be local so I can visit regularly. Find great items for the home. Make sure to stop by seasonally also. Have purchased nice affordable outdoor Christmas decorations over the last few years so we now have a beautiful display. Recently found a great high quality patio furniture set for much less money than those we had seen elsewhere. Also, the staff are very pleasant and helpful also.

I love going in every week to see the new products. The recliner is great, thanks. The 4 greenhouses produced lots of fruit and vegetables. The food is always good. Their is so much to see and the employees are helpful unlike some other retailers who walk the other way when they see you need help.

On our recent visit, staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Clean store, good selection of products we were interested in.

Big Lots has definitely changed for the better. I really love going here and I really don't go enough. I know that they are changing up the place and doing renovations with it. But they have great gifts they have cheap food especially if they have healthy food and organic stuff that I like going in for. The people are always nice. And the last time I went there I ended up getting a wedding gift that the couple I got it for loved. I just wish it was a little bit closer to me because I definitely go more often but then again I'd spend more money lol. But I definitely recommend going to Big Lots I even like it better than Ollie's.

Big lots is always an adventure. They change what they carry every week and so it’s so nice to go there and always see new items and be inspired to do more creations with your home. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality they have and the selection.
