The UPS Store

I have been going to this store for a long time. I had an issue with a package that we paid $200 to send by Thanksgiving, it came late and then dish was broken.

The people at the store are amazing!

I went back into to talk to a nice gentleman, who helped me with my information on the package. He said, "typically they do not always give back money" and I said, "do what you can do".

I did not hear anything and was going to go back in and then this nice woman called me back and let me know it was going to be full refund plus the insurance.

I am writing this because when you have good people that care about the customer its nice to know that you can have a good ending and it makes you want to bring every package to this store because the people care about YOU!

Always fast and friendly. I go there mostly for Amazon returns to be honest, but even if there’s a line it goes fast. Staff is patient and kind.

I have an online business and I am ALWAYS at the UPS Store in Algonquin dropping off packages. The staff is wonderful to work with and are always quick to assist. They are professional and polite and it is an absolute pleasure every time I go to the UPS Store in Algonquin. Even if there is a line when I walk in, the staff will welcome me with a friendly greeting and assure me that they will be with me as soon as they are able. The staff goes above and beyond! They take care of my packages and are always willing to provide me with extra boxes for my products. I have used their notary services twice and it was super easy. The fee for the service was nominal but the service was phenomenal! I highly recommend the UPS Store in Algonquin! Thank you Zach and all of the staff for always making me feel welcome!

I wanted to highlight the incredible service from Zach at this store. He helped me with a insurance dispute that took over 3 months to solve. At the end of the day, Zach helped push through everything and kept me looped in the progress from day one. This level of customer care is rarely heard of, which only deserves the best of my review. Yesterday I went to return an Amazon item. The store was closed and the registers were shut off already. The front door was still open because a ups truck was loading up. I asked the store clerks if I could leave the package with them and said I trust they will scan it in the morning so I don't need to return. They agreed and in the morning they scanned it and I got the return done without coming back. I realize they probably went out of policy to do that but it's great customer service like that which counts. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this UPS Store for all your shipping needs. We use them on a daily basis and every staff member is friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding customer service, even when they are busy! 5 stars…period!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this Algonquin UPS store.

1. They are open til 4p on Saturdays (awesome).
2. They had their last overnight delivery pickups at 3p
(again awesome).
3. They had a notary (Mr. Tushar Patel) available on
Saturday at least til 3p (really convenient).
4. Mr. Patel was very knowledgeable with a tricky
notary situation.

Overall, Mr. Patel was very patient and helpful. A true
professional. I highly recommend this Algonquin UPS store and Tushar Patel. I will absolutely be working with them going forward.

I recently had a statue clock shipped from the store. I have to say it was one of the best packing jobs I have seen, real time and effort was put into making sure the clock arrived intact. I highly recommend this store for auction buys as they take great care to make sure it gets to you timely and in one piece !

I been going to this location for long time. Very friendly staff. Always helpful and try to find solutions for your needs. They have very professional and knowledgeable notary individuals on staff. I highly recommend this location for shipping, printing and all other services they offer.

The most convenient way to ship by far. Easy to get to, they offer many services, the people there treat you like family. I am able to get in and out in minutes. I have had them help me package items, help me choose the best method to ship, and have tracked so many successful shipments they are my delivery method of choice. Prices are very reasonable. I buy from Amazon and use the UPS store for my returns. I also work from home and I have to deliver documents all over the US I prefer the UPS store in Algonquin.

Great place to drop off Amazon returns and other packages. The staff was extremely friendly. They even taped up one of my boxes for me free of charge. Highly recommend

The UPS store in Algonquin is always very helpful and professional. I went in there today to print something and Emmanuel was very patient with me , took his time and explained the best way to print a pdf file that I had in email. And the price couldn't be beat - it was under $2.00. I highly recommend this store for all your printing needs.

This is my preferred drop off point for UPS since I live in a locked building. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell you are coming too much when I walk in today and Zach says good morning Mr Turk and goes and gets my package before asking. Great customer service.

I goes to this UP store several times a week sometimes a day! Well I did not know just how exceptional the service is at this UPS store until I went to the one in Crystal Lake at Terra Cotta and Walkup! See my review of it! Back to this highly professionally run business that makes dropping off a UPS package a walk in the park! Service is always FAST! If there is a line seems like there is always someone in back to come out and help give the fast service customers expect! Packing prices are more than fair and they do a great job on securing item and package!

Anthony was the absolute best! This store is the best UPS store I have ever been to. I had to ship $300 worth of boxes because I’m moving and Anthony was incredibly helpful and helped us find the cheapest option!
