Great friendly staff. Helpful and willing to get the parts you need.

No exaggeration, we went to seven other places today before we got the help and parts we needed at this Napa location. Charlie and another guy (didn’t get his name) were eager to help, fast, and actually knew what they were talking about. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was worth it. We will definitely be coming back to this store the next time we need parts.

We showed up at this store In a really bad predicament! With no idea what to do, Thor was so helpful! -His customer service Was outstanding! He explained what was happening, the right stuff we needed,And walked us through how to use it! Everyone could learn some customer service skills from Thor! Thank you very much

Always had great experiences working with the staff here. If they do not have the part in stock, they will call around locally and price match to get you the part you need. The quality and knowledge of customer service defeats competitor stores in the area.

I just have to say I am so impressed with the customer service, Seiler and Sarah deliver parts to me and my wife out in Bayport they are both such kind people. It is hard to get good service and they go above and beyond.

This is go to auto parts store and most of the shopping I did it here. Being AAA member always gets 10% discount. They helped to fix some of things in my car and also provided me tools required to perform the job. Associate were friendly.

Jess, Joe & Sarah are the ones I usually deal with. Great people. Havent hade many issues with these guys. Jess & Joe are def the people to talk to for parts. And if youre commercial, Sarah is pretty quick deliveries.

Great customer service. Correctly cross-referenced my OEM part numbers to the Napa parts. Staff is more knowledgeable about products they sell than other local auto parts stores.

Took time to understand my issue. Looked on line with me for solution and found tool in-store (and it worked!).

The sales people were very helpful. I bought a new battery and they even helped me install it since I didn't know how.

The young man was very helpful. He had all parts on a cart and put everything in my trunk for me.
