I gave they a 5, cause the staff is doing their best even though they are short staffed. They have always been courteous & apologies if there was a delay in my refill.

I had a wonderful time here!!! I regularly go to walgreens and out of all the ones I have been to this one was one of the most well maintained and had the best employees!!! One of the employees, Kelly, was an absolute doll! She was so sweet and so kind and it made my day 100% better! It was a lovely experience!

Grant was super helpful and very responsive, nice and respectful. I had to get a perscription filled early and he went out of his way to call the place where I was having it shipped and got it ready for pickup within 15 mins. Yay for Grant at Walgreens in Oak Park Heights!

I ordered a Christmas present from the photo department on Thursday (12/16 @ 5:50PM) with our family Christmas on the Saturday (12/18). When I placed the order they had told me the estimated pick up time would be on Sunday missing our family Christmas. I called the store and asked if there was ANY way for this to get done tomorrow, I let the lady know I had ordered something similar from somewhere else and it was not going to get here on time. I apologized and even offered to pay more if need be, and the lady that picked up the phone was MORE than helpful! She was so sweet and so kind took my name and said if she didn’t get it done tonight, that it would more than likely get done in the morning, she told me to just call and ask. It is now Thursday 12/16 @ 6:43 PM and my order is ready for pick up. This was the most pleasant experience I have had and I am more than thankful for the girl who picked up the phone! The only thing I am upset about is I did not get her name!! Thank you to the girl who helped with this Christmas present!!! Will use you guys again!

Alex and Harvey expedited the printing of our photo projects for our grandmother’s funeral. It was a touching gesture in a difficult time. So grateful for the kindness of these strangers and will definitely be coming back to this location.

While my experiences in this store are mostly positive....lately they have been exceptional. Krysten helped me on 2 separate occasions and even remembered me upon my return. Very positive attitude, like it when I see her in the store
And today Lauren in the pharmacy worked with me to get a prescription filled. Last night I was advised the rx cost would be $130. I returned today and Lauren looked further at doc's orders and found a substitute for $11. Did her job very well and with a smile.

Cathy is not only efficient but goes well over and above for the customer. I could not be happier with this pharmacy (I just switched from CVS) and their willingness to help and friendly customer service. It's been a long time since I have seen an employee like Cathy, she is exceptional and I very much appreciated her help with my insurance last week! Oh, and my Golden retriever loved his dog treat too. Sincerely,

This Walgreens is great! I come here all the time and the employees are always friendly, the store is neat and tidy, and I can usually get in and out in about 15 min depending on the time of day. Plus Jamie is a really nice worker! Great customer service. I love when I walk in and see her smiling at me!

Moved down here about a year ago from Northern mn. Have had no problems with this Walgreens or any other. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The only problems I have seen have been with the customers not being prepared.

I’ve always loved this Walgreens store but my experience today with Marco was definitely above average. He was very friendly and helpful! Great customer service from both Marco and his manager dealing with my difficult returns!! Thanks so much!

The Oak Park Heights/Stillwater MN store has friendly helpful staff. I have never been disappointed in the general staff or the pharmacist or the pharmacy staff.
