Great produce. Clean store. Seafood looks and smells good. They have Louisiana crawfish tails. Everything you need for the holidays is right here. Ready pie crust, milk, cornbread too.

I love this location Albertsons, every time I come the cashiers and the management are always so helpful. And they are always trying their very best to please customers. Even within the last couple of months that I’ve been coming to shop. I will definitely say today, this young lady at self checkout was so very polite and sweet. I think her name was liyah she said. I’ve even witnessed in the last months how other customers have been nasty or rude towards her, but she definitely tries her best. All the staff is nice, if you are nice, kind and patient back with them. I truly think Albertsons should give their employees raises for All that they do. Keep it up !

It was Sunday night, 26NOV2023, and we (my much-better-half & I) wanted a last bite of authentic Cajun cooking’ before beginning our lengthy (motor) vehicle return due West to our home in El PasoTX-USA (“¡Hidden Gem of the World, Crossroads of North America, anchored by El Paso, Cd. Juárez y Las Cruces!”). Sadly, eateries were closed, but I employed my time-honored biketouring strategy of buying emergency food (which can be reheated in a microwave/on a stovetop), and this ALBERTSONS was the perfect food supply! The Thai meal provided the needed protein, accompanied by a veggie tray of cherry tomatoes/carrots/legumes/broccoli/dip.
I knew this was the best store—I’ve often shopped for similar “emergency” food in other amazing ALBERTSONS—notably close to my home in Montwood Mall.
This great store is my “go to” for nutrition (and “cash back”, if needed), both when home and out on the road. ALBERTSONS definitely has my coveted “¡Wheel of Approval!”

It is a clean and well-stocked store. One weird thing: I couldn't find frozen concentrated orange juice in the freezer sections. No concentrated juice at all.

Man the place and staff is great but i noticed that alot about 60% of the items that have sale stickers on them dont ring up at the sale price. Its expensive as hell there.
UPDATE. The trick at Albertsons is to use the app. I saved about 18$ today and gained enough points to give me another 20$ off on my next trip. Download the app it makes a big difference. Update 10/27/23 Stores still great employees are super nice and specially the guy who restocks the freezer section is always working so hard. Great store.

Albertsons on George O’Neal is not shot in any supplies. Friendly workers and very clean

I love Albertsons. Their store is always well stocked with great specials. Especially the meat dept. I also use their floral dept for gifts. Very reasonable. Some locations have a small selection of women’s clothing (long shirts, dresses, leggings) I have purchased several. They hold up very well and fit true to size.

Always a quick stop to get groceries and my Kombucha!! As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, they carry healthy items I can recommend to my clients.

I love Albertsons.
Probably the best, widest selection of brands of any national chain store around here.
The best prices on beer and spirits.
I hope Kroger buying them out doesn't change things too much.

Great variety of food for good prices. I've never had issues with prescription and grocery delivery too.

One thought: when you confirm an order...and immediately remember something you forgot, there should be a way to add that item.

Wonderful customer service in the deli. This lady went back in the cooking area to get me a slab of ribs. The showcase was out. She was willing to go an extra mile. Kudos to deli on George O'neal road, Baton Rouge, La.

I have been shopping at Albertsons regularly now for just over a year and continue to be impressed ! I am very happy with the selection as well as the layout of the store. I'm also very pleased to see that they have a bit of merchandise other than just groceries. There is a floral department. You can also grab a LSU football t-shirt at this location, glassware, and their separate room for beer, wine and liquor is well stocked with a selection that would be at home in a small package store. It would be hard for me to be more pleased, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Albertsons is my go to grocery store on Baton Rouge, more often than not they're better priced than most other stores, but this location in general is typically well-stocked and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable associates. On occasions that I need to make a mobile order their system is so much better than Walmart, they'll even call you if there is an issue with your order and make an alternative arrangement for you. The pharmacy here is one of the best in town! Also be on the lookout for great 50% off managers specials!

The florist here does a wonderful job. The cut flowers and indoor plants here are always beautifully displayed and healthy. There are a lot of gift plant options and less common houseplants. You can tell the person ordering is knowledgeable and cares about what they do. The grocery area is good, too, but I’m always impressed by the plants.

Very friendly employees. My favorite place to shop. I get good deals and love the people. John is probably my favorite cashier I come every night when I get off of work to grab something for dinner and he is always smiling and cracking jokes. He definitely deserves a raise!! They are definitely awesome.

Months after the upgrades ca 2020, it's still great. Selection is good now (not perfect, but no place is). My only complaint is that they have more old baskets than new. They're keeping things going well enough with the meager headcount they're allowed, but they need more people.
Update: The vulture capitalists got their $4 billion out of Albertsons while merging them with Kroger. I expect the quality to go downhill now.

Albertsons at Jones creek and coursey has the best deli food in my opinion. Especially when Mrs Polly is there, all the food is seasoned to perfection. Another favorite!
