James service was 10/10. He was kind enough to help me look through the detergents to get the one that best catered to my needs, informed me on the benefits of the care pass and helped me sign up, he helped me figure out the app as well, greeted guests as they walked in, and truly was a delight to meet today! Thank you for your help, patience, information, and kindness! James is amazing!

I've ordered items online for store pickup at this location a few times over the last couple of weeks and the online inventory has been accurate and the orders ready for pickup shortly after being placed. The store itself is clean and the employees friendly.

Awesome people! Always finding websites for more educational material and corporate sites for coupons. Switched from another about a year ago and so glad that I did.

I know things are rough in the pharmacy world but the unprofessional and rude behavior from the pharmacist Carl Thibodaux is uncalled for. He was swamped the other night and I said I could come back the following day and he insisted I wait as there was no line..he got upset about an issue with insurance and was very rude to my wife and me about it..Carl please take some time off or retire..you can’t be that miserable and angry all the time. We moved all of our prescriptions to Albertsons and are completely satisfied..really sucks because I liked walking to this pharmacy from my house

They only have 1 door to enter and exit. Exiting is a problem if you are carrying a case of water. You have to pull door to exit. I would not recommend this place for the handicapped. However they do have handicapped parking. Employees masked and friendly. Particians are up at drug department and cashiers.

That was the most ratchet experience I've ever had at a pharmacy store.

They are so slow at helping customers! Just horrible

This CVS sucks so bad. NO ONE and I do mean NO ONE was at the cash register. Instead there was self checkout as if employees can't be bothered to ring up a customer. Workers on the floor saw my husband and I walking around, clearly looking for something, and do you think they opened their mouth to speak or ask us if we needed help? NOPE. Our purchase total was $74.50. They were all part of the healthcare eligible total but since we weren't signed up for the extra care card, we had to pay full price and it's not like any employees were around to sign us up. I had to go home to sign up BUT I don't get the credit for my purchase which is not right at all. This place just sucks so bad.

Send your Rx somewhere else. Not only is there no drive thru, although that's more the design of the building than anything else, if you have to speak to someone on the phone, be prepared to either sit on hold for 45 minutes or not have anyone answer at all. If you have a problem you'll have to go in person. The staff is dismissive and rude. The store manager is never there. I had a searing case of poison ivy and it took over 24 hours to fill a simple steroid cream prescription. A friend had to suffer with a UTI for two days before she got her meds. My scripts were transferred here after the Coursey/Sherwood location closed and I've had nothing but trouble ever since. I miss the former location, that staff was great.
